another Morton tackle and then effective disposal inside 50

then indecision lead to turn and Geelong goal

Watching us play is like being kicked in the guts repeatedly.

100 point loss coming up. At least that's 86 points better than last year.

Why would all of our players be standing still when Geelong has the ball?

Why is bate still in the afl?

Sellar ain't no player.

Why are there never players with 4 meters of Geelong players? These blokes are a joke

Oh make it end. What is Sylvia, what was Grimes doing? We should be down by 15 goals.

Grimes and Trengove very ordinary....we are pretty bad....not manning up at all.

i just cant understand our lack of intensity

Jones clanger leads to Geel goal.

Basic error to try for tough kick inboard from half back had to go long and boundary

Morton has more inside action today than in all his previous games combined.

Impressive!

You've gotta give it to Geelong, their backline is fantastic.

Easy to look good when you don't have an opponent.

Clark, Jones have come to meet the ball or be in front. There is a few others in the side that should take a leaf out of their notebook. If you wait for it, Geelong will make you pay.

Sellar's a worry - doesn't do much.....

Was that kick for goal ???

And another free to the opposition dead in front!!

Once again it's basic skill errors killing us.

We must have a KPI for kicking a ball at someones feet rather than their chest!!!

This quarter park the forwards 20-30 meters out and bomb the living shizzit into the forwards. We need to take advantage of that breeze!!!

As for Sellar...pull your f*cking finger out!!!!

Sellar = Walk yourself off

Maybe it is Peter Sellers... "I like to watch" (Being There)

What did that @@#@#@#$##@!# umpire see? That is one of the wrst decisions in the history of the game. Try telling me he isn't on the take!!!!!!

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
