Damn. I'm starting to lose confidence in Jax.

Mine disappeared last week. Cannot deal with mobile QBs. D is a shambles and Bortles in full derp mode.

I don't care what anyone says about how good defensive football is... A track meet like that is so great to watch in the NFL.

Jeez @Gorgoroth how good are our boys. ;)

49ers will be smoked by them... and you'll go into a tough 4 week stretch with Packers, Saints, Seahawks and Chiefs. Win a couple of those at least and you'll be unstoppable for playoffs and just playing for homefield.

Seems like a few people are bang on with their tips!

We were really treated to some brilliant football today. Pats and Chiefs spectacular. Still not sold on Mahomes (never am with first year QBs) but he had some very good moments.

I only just noticed you picked the Packers layz ...they're at home against your 49ers tomorrow

This is correct. I think they will get it done, maybe not easily but they’ll get us deep too often.

Ha ha!

The 3 picks have to be road teams layz

Not to worry,  you could outright hit the front next week as week 7 is worth 2 points.

Oh wait what! I thought it was Packers @ Niners!

Oh my, I am a giddy goat.

Don’t suppose I can change it to Niners? Reaching a bit but it’s all I got!

Yeah,  you're right layz,  it's a reach.  I have to be fair to all ?

But don't lose heart,  perseverance wins out in the end and the winner will need to cash in on the 2 point weeks.  And that could be you.

Weeks 7,  9,  11,  13,  15 are all worth 2 points whilst week 17 is worth 3 points.  In fact,  there are total of 18 points available through to the end of the regular season.

Currently,  we have 6 co-leaders all sitting on a whopping 1 point.

What can I say?  It's a tough comp!

You really sell this competition well Macca! Could easily do an ad on SEN ?

I was so certain that it was Packers @ Niners that your first post alerting me to it flew dead set over my head :s

Fabulous game of offense Dappa... dare I say it,  welcome to the new NFL.

However,  I can equally enjoy watching a defensive low scoring game played in a blizzard.

The season has lacked an abundance of upset victories although 5 or 6 divisions are up for grabs with only the Rams and almost certainly the Pats assured of winning their respective divisions.  The Chargers are only 1 win away from KC & there are a number of divisions that are impossible to pick right now.

With a dozen participants there was bound to be a few unforced errors.  The good bit is that it is hard to fall too far behind because of the lack of scoring (this year at least)

Here's a sneak peak at next weeks games (week 7) ... there's more than a few potential road winners there and with 2 points at stake,  it's time to make a move.

And may the better team win tomorrow!

This will easily be the biggest mistake I make this week.

Of course, may the better team beat the 49ers!

I was thinking the same thing today. I've been thinking the Eagles have been very mediocre. But 3-3 this year... you're not that far off the big-time teams. Rams along with Pats or Chiefs the class of their conferences... but still everyone else we had picked has spluttered in one way or another.

Chiefs should win the AFC West but the Chargers might push them ... schedule isn't too tough and their week 15 game at KC could decide things.  There again,  KC could gap them under Reid and with the wunderkind Mahomes.  The kid looks the goods with his timing - plays like a talented veteran.

Well we gotta stop getting players injured every game. But we are doing well on O. D worries me still especially in the secondary.

Hoping Kupp’s knee isn’t bad.

You would have scored well with Gurley in your fantasy league. He was on fire.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
