This is bound to derail the Daniel Bell for a first rounder trade deal going on.

Anything is possible tomorrow-it shall be a frenzy of the highest order!!

Could you imagine if Freo offered us Pick 4 for Daniel Bell and Simon Buckley tomorrow.....

I think I would cream my pants.... :D

Freo media release "We believe these two players are what is required for the Fremantle Football Club because our premiership window is NOW!"

:D :D :D :D

Apologise to those at work already tomorrow... I'll be far more interested in the news websites!

Easy 2 Dogs, you need a bucket of water thrown on ya, a BEX & a lie down!!

Has a player ever failed a medical? In any sport?

I always thought they were a token gesture. Odd.

Apparently when Steve Johnson was t0 be traded to Collingwood, he failed the medical.

You gotta laugh at that sort of epic fail!:lol:

Not anymore. Too much money involved.

Can someone please also explain the Sydney-Bris trade?

Pick 47 for 39?

There's hope for the Bell trade yet

What about Geelong`s part in the Burgoyne trade. Losing pick 33(I think) for 3 lower picks. I`m confused

Here it is....the big deal...... Fev and blues 2nd round pick to Brisbane, Bradshaw and lions 3rd round pick to carlton, dees send Bell and Buckley and pick 34 to blues and lions give dees first round pick (12 i think)??

can only hope ;)

I am still of the belief Fevola will still be a Carlton player next season. Wouldnt surprise me if it the failed medical rumour is true.

Mark my words....he has burnt his bridges with Carlton.

I don't know much about Henderson but It seems

carlsmeg has been able to get back into first round of the draft

Here is some info on Henderson I've never seen him play so don't know how he goes

he was taken at pick No.8 in the 2007 NAB AFL Draft. He played seven games this year to take his

career tally to 15. Has been used by the Lions as a key defender.

Brisbane has a massive forward line surely Bradshaw will be played as a key defender.

I can't see Brown Bradshaw and Fev josteling for the same forward line

Wow.

Fev, Bradshaw and Brown in the same forward line? How's that going to work?

TRADE WEEK: Brendan Fevola and pick 27 to Brisbane. Lachie Henderson and Pick 12 to Carlton

Bradshaw will play back.. Brown chf..Fev FF

Wow.

Fev, Bradshaw and Brown in the same forward line? How's that going to work?

Throw Bradshaw down back if need be.

Or Brown out to CHF and Bradshaw and Fev a two pronged attack.

effectively McLean + Henderson for Fev + 27 - good work!

Agree. Carlton have done well from this given they were potentially in a tough spot. Fev was untenable at Carlton

i think carlton have done very wel. they have effecitively got two first round picks for fev. one is a KPP that has had the precious years of development already put into him.

not a bad deal given they wanted him out.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
