Not what I've been told. If we are paying him, clubs pay up in a trade. If not, it's a salary dump and we get nothing. Might be some shuffling either way but 13 is what we are asking for Oliver. I'm not privy to $$ but passing on the info.

Not my expectation, it's what I've been told. Oliver is a key part of landing Humphrey. We hold all the pieces for a trade with Humphrey. Club would be ecstatic to land: Humphrey, a future pick and a top 10 pick for Petracca and Oliver.

I've updated it - meant to read we pay 35%. The more we pay, the better the deal will be. I've been told that Oliver is a key to us getting Humphrey.

Don't be surprised if it ends up being: Oliver to GWS for pick 13 (we pay 35% of his salary). Petracca and 13 to GC for Humphrey, Pick 7 and F2

We don't want picks. This draft is rubbish and with all the Academies and F/S and FA compo, it's a waste of time. Trac for Pick 7 is a hard no. Trac for Humphrey is the only conversation

As much as this is positive, it's dangerous. It shouldn't be him driving it. If he agrees then it's talks are on. If not, then Trac doesn't go. The talk is simply Trac for Humphrey or no deal. I think I'd be comfortable with that as a deal.

How can it be done on Monday? Trade period does not start until Weds, and you can bet that there wont be any deals done in the first couple of days that have such implications on other big deals?

Hate to be that guy, but...nothing had changed since I begun this thread nearly 12 months ago. Club now moves on and looks to maximise what we can get for him.

We don't have to take 3 picks to the draft, we have to make min 3 list changes, which we've already done - with possibly more to come. appreciate the graphic - nice and accurate :)

People questioning list decisions/spots. Currently 3 senior spots available, with Woewodin and McVee OOC. If other players are traded, this can open up more spots. Given lack of quality draft picks, bringing in Kalani White and Toby Sinnema is a great result. Adding a Flanders, Max Heath and/or Mihocek would be helpful. I'm tipping we will have more than 3 spots after the trade period...

Fantastic news. Hendo a brilliant kick (something we lack). Was made a scapegoat for our 0-5 start, had groin issues mid year which prevented him from seeing the year out at VFL level. Also, was never played as a mid/hb as he was at Werribee which got him drafted/noticed by recruiters in the first place. Was in no man's land in a poor team/i50 team like us as a high HF. Good call to keep him as a rookie for another year

Makes a lot of sense. Henderson's ball use is far superior. He was made the scape goat after our 0-5 start. He wasn't given a mid role at Casey, where he predominantly played at Werribee with HB which saw him get drafted. He was starved as a high HF then had groin issues the 2nd half of the year. Cheap and easy option to keep as a rookie.

I posted this in December of last year. As it stands, things have not changed. There have been plenty of to-ings and fro-ings, and people claiming they have spoken to Judd and that he is staying. There has been a contract put to him which he has refused to sign. Make of that what you will. Also - this is not me saying "I hope he goes". I never want to lose players with potential or players that have played well. I hope we keep him, but he seems an obvious one to trade should we be trying to get back into the draft.

I have. And he will not be adding anything to our team or list. There is a reason he has not played a game at GWS in nearly 4 years
