  1. Well we mustn't forget what the record books say! Wink
  2. We've proven we can beat Geelong. I'm more worried about Hawthorn , Richmond, Sydney.
  3. They have key understandings of what it takes to be successful. I think they also know at Hawthorn that they can't live of legacy like a lot of older clubs can, they have to be successful. What is that image you have on your profile pic?
  4. I know, they just won't f#@k off!
  5. The thought of Hawthorn winning another flag is putried!
  6. Funny post.... didn't follow a lot of it though. One thing I'm sure about however, is I don't think it could ever like, let alone love 'big Gil', or his smarmy brother.
  7. Anyone would look dreadful wearing those colours! Hehe
  8. I was pleasantly surprised with Essendon ruining Port's finals chance!
  9. This would be the best game i've seen Essendon play this year.
  10. The only one for Port who hasn't would be Ryder.
  11. Does the AFL hire police for matches? They're even waiting outside the coaches box to escort the coaches to the ground! Didn't realise you could hire out a copper.
  12. This is hilarious what's happened in the Port v Ess match!
  13. Gosh Kennett makes the food come back up.
  14. Are you seriously going to seal your lips because you think it'll have an effect on the umpiring of our next match?
  15. I'm not sure what you mean by counter-productive? To really know if the umpires were consciously favoring us on the the weekend, or any other match, I'd expect you'd have to do some serious investigative work. I know the timing of the discussion seems to negate the celebration of a great win, but it's just a discussion about match fixing. I'd say almost everyone who watched that game would of thought we were the better team and deserved to win.
  16. Why is it embarrassing you? It's just a title to create discussion.
  17. I haven't re watched the game, but I believe the AFL influence games. Not sure about this one. One of the obvious matches that looked fixed was the opening round match between Crows and Tigers. In that game it didn't matter how good the Tigers were, they were never going to win.
  18. With your positivity fifty 5. There seems to be a lot of sulky people on this website who need to express their emotions. I've met Melbourne supporters (so called) at matches as well who complain about certain players rather than barrack. Minority thankfully. Try not to let it get you down, most support the team. Go the Dees!!!
  19. It's a interesting viewpoint you have. I agree that our field kicking has been below average in our recent history. I'd say it's about average at the moment; we struggle to hit close targets against strong opposition, apart from in our defensive fifty. But that could mean our movement and positioning isn't intelligent, or a bit of both. I don't agree that we have more talent than Hawthorn though, or that we're harder at the contest. Wish we were and I wish we could beat that repulsive club!
  20. It's hard to know. But the fact they didn't even get in his ear about it makes me think they were intimidated. We have a passive group of players in my opinion. Which is honorable perhaps, but coming against sides like Sydney and Hawthorn who have aggressive players who are coached to play in a crude way we'll get bullied and beaten over and over. Also in my opinion i'd rather see a free given away, then our teammates not sticking up for our teammates.
  21. This one. ThoughtfulGracefulAtlanticspadefish-mobile.mp4
  22. I thought the video would be attached with the quote. I'll try get it now.
  23. This is a good reminder that our game is thuggish. A disturbing reminder perhaps. But it highlights our lack of nastiness. I think most who see that video clip will find it disturbing how none of our teammates attacked Buddy after that.
