I’m not doubting that, I’m doubting Norf’s ability to retain him. I thought they overlooked Logan McDonald last draft for the same reason.

The concern is if he wants to go home in 2 years. This was meant to be a super draft year, they could package up the future first rounders and try and get something. This will bookmarked for years to come.

Apparently Crows offered pick 4 and two future 1st rounders for pick 1 and were told no. Bafoonery at its greatest, Crows are bottom 4 for a few more years yet.

On the MFC app they’re not there but if you google Melbournefc.com.au they’re there or ring the club.

Good on him, I think it’s a good thing for players to go a different system and do things differently. He’ll always be welcome back.

I for some reason thought newly drafted players were on a fixed wage for their first two seasons. Regardless, if they are in such a position I would love to know hiw they were allowed to get there in the first place. Years ago when we put our hand up for extra financial assistance from the AFL we had to show them the books so to speak. I agree with BDA, this experiment hadn’t worked and neither will 19 teams, off to Tassie for them!

I can try…. I’m normally a 2XL in most shirt sizes (including shirts previously ordered from the Demon Shop). I ordered a 2XL “Give em Hell road to finals” and it was closer to 3XL. I have ordered a 1XL Premiership T shirt but it’s yet to arrive. Hope that helps.

Every time we play next season our win will be discussed, we are now the benchmark. Even in games we’re not playing in, other teams will be compared to us.

I’ve always worn my gear, mainly a couple of shirts and hoodies with the old VFL logo. I never really warmed to our current logo. My fiancé rocks some of our ALFW gear at times.

This may be seen as trivial but it would be nice when Kate or anyone else speaking in any kind of official capacity remembers that this club has long standing, rusted on, paid up members all over Australia not just in Victoria or WA. This should also be considered when the club is planning any future events.

Think he’s got another year to run, he may explore his options.

If you are being delisted, surely you would want to know sooner rather than later to maximise your chance of being picked up by another club.

Do we know what was said?, There was an article on the AFL site that referred to this but when you read the article there was no mention of it.

I was just thinking should he retire, if he does go on surely a one year contract. Will be a lot of competition for the backline next year when everyone is fit and firing.

May and Lever uncharacteristically dropped a few marks they’d normally swallow. Not that it cost us but some off the umpiring…. The non free to Kosi for a high tackle and some of the Bulldogs non marks that were paid.

So proud today, so proud to be part of this great club. What a game! The 3 goals in two minutes to finish the 3rd qtr was pure magic! Rewatched the second half this morning over bacon and eggs and a recovery smoothie. Just from watching some of the goals on various social media posts the 1%’s become so much more apparent. Two that come to mind are was Sparrow hand balling to Salem then going on to shepherd Treloar as Salem kicks to Trac who kicks the opening goal, TMac jostling with Keath (?) on the goal line as Sparrows kicks from just on 50 in the dying moments of the 3rd. I’ve got the week off so definitely going to sit down and watch the replay in full again. I love footy so much and last night was testament as to why. Such a surreal feeling knowing that we are the 2021 Premiers! ❤️💙🏆

Bought the framed / signed jumper, was more than I had anticipated spending but I work hard and this may never happen again (Until 2022-2024). Got a laminated copy of the Herald sun poster. I thought that looked better than the Weg design. Will get a shirt from the Demon store and finally make my own piece consisting of photos and my 17 membership cards, hope to get it signed at the next family day.
