  1. I like the idea but the AFL don’t like admitting they got things wrong. The Dolphins have had more success in the first 8 weeks.
  2. I think your right, I’m not a fan of it.
  3. Or is the introduction of a 19th to coincide with players being traded anywhere without their consent?
  4. So which team is making way for them?
  5. Did it, they had a say where they wanted to go though which is the extension of it.
  6. And the use of the corridor.
  7. Just saw an article on FB about the AFL considering players to be traded without their consent.
  8. So the Bombers are with out their key fwd, yet through quick ball movement and low direct kicking to a leading fwd they can find targets that aren’t deep in the pocket?
  9. Are we using Kosi the right way? He’s a strong overhead mark (not a fan of his mark of the year attempts that just result in giving away free kicks) and can be electric and elusive when the ball hits the ground. Good set shot and creates his own magic. Should we give him longer stints deep in the fwd line? Also at some centre bounces he’s lining up wide on the 50 metre arc, I’d have him closer to goal, if we win the clearance and kick it long to a leading fwd he can be front and centre for the drop of the ball to either take possession or lay a tackle.
  10. Disappointingly he even missed some targets when he was spotting them up.
  11. Too many asleep at the wheel.
  12. Leave Kosi in the fwd 50.
  13. So much talent, so much experience in the coaches box, and this is what we get.
  14. So much talent, so much experience in the coaches box, and this is what we get.
  15. Petty back to defence. Resting ruck up fwd.
  16. Petty play as a defender when fwd. Max must takes his opportunities
  17. The dropping of TMac confirmed the win tonight for me, what worked in 2021 won’t be enough this year. We’re still the most talented team overall in the competition, our best lineup is a work in progress. Dees by 12+ goals.
  18. I don’t but the Sydney win is now tainted because of what Geelong did. Swans were effectively at full strength that night coming of two good wins all be it against lower placed sides. This weeks games have reminded us again of what can happen when you don’t turn up with the Hawks nearly upsetting the Crows. In rd 3 the Suns defeated the Cats.
  19. Sadly it’s a trend during any event.
  20. Didn’t bother the Dogs, but Freo aren’t much chop.
  21. 3 points in a half of football. Yes we’re aware who was missing for Sydney but we’re also aware of who was playing Heeney, Papley, Goulden, Mills, Warner, Parker. Sydney won the centre clearances 16 to 10. Geelong 91 marks to Swans 76 which can be deceiving but ultimately the big stat from the night was 22 marks inside fwd 50 to 5. Anyway a lot still to play out this year.
  22. Brisbane are still easy to score against, that’s the area of their game that hasn’t changed.
  23. 2022 GF Lance Franklin 0 goals 1 behind 4 kicks, 1 handball, 2 marks, 1 tackle
  24. Buddy’s finished and Amartey is a kid he’s played 17 games. When we played them they had all of those players bar Hickey and we had no Gawn or Kossie (TMac also out but not best 22 atm). Collingwood has its share of injuries, Swans aren’t alone.
