I'd take it too but front loaded of course.

I'm confuses, he was drafted in 2008 so only six years in the system but is listed as a free agent in an old AFL website article.

Geelong broke their own rule of capping stars at 500k a year when they resigned Harry Taylor and I wouldn't be surprised to see them do it again. Their list has changed a lot since winning 3 flags.

2015 MFC Training Camp Maroochydore
Bombay Airconditioning replied to Howe did he do that's topic in Melbourne Demons
Thanks again RB, keep em coming. -
Swans no, Hawks do have an ageing list. Young players like Hill and Langford would be on bugger all, Hale, Lake and Frawley took less to play there. Hodge veteran?? Their big money earners now would be Rough and Lewis. Pies have lost Beams, H, Daisy, Shaw plus Travis Joke is in year 3 or 4 of his overpriced contract.

Are we better just targeting Sloane? Would come cheaper and while everyone else trips over themselves to get Dangers signature we tell Sloane he is our preference.
-
What would people pay and how many years? Front loading on the cards. Pies are meant to be making massive play as well.

Appreciate the report RB. What made you say Cross looks old? I think most of us accept its his last year but I think he's important in the team make up this season as our young mids get games under their belts. I mentioned in a different thread last week he would perfectly suited to Shannon Byrnes type role next season. -
I'd forgotten about the dwarf, both codes have had their fair share of sexual misconduct cases but the Todd Carney water bubbler and the bloke who took a dump in hotel hallway take the cake for mine. Some of those stories would be great to hear over a couple of quiet ones.

Exactly, the precedent is set.

Would love to know what Geelong are offering or could Hawks use the Buddy money?

Set to be overlooked for the captaincy as Van Berlo is replaced. How many have left them now Davis, Tippet......

Out of interest does Hawthorn, Sydney or Geelong do altitude training? I think Port did some this year/last year. -
How do we attract more members to this Forum?

Dawes, Toumpas.....? -
Sick of hearing about Dustin bloody Fletcher.

Rugby league could learn a lot, maybe their programs are similar but without fail every preseason launch someone does something. They just don't get it.

15000 3 game memberships, 4209 pet memberships.......The money helps the club regardless but hardly an accurate figure.

Their best add by far.

Is that Chelsea?

Slightly off topic but slightly the same, last year in a meeting at work I suggested we replace some of our supervisors with life size cardboard cutouts. I stated we could save money and get the same output. It wasn't well received.

Classic.

Needs to be a prize for who ever can guess the makeup of the backline for round 1.I think the club is aware of where our list sits but it comes down to immediate needs and what's available at the time.

By ready made I mean physically ready, not another "Watts on debut type build". I think he can hold his own as he continues to grow/learn. -

Talls do take longer to develop and that will be the case with Oscar McDonald but with Frost we have a ready made player. 21 years old and entering his fourth pre season and as Dazzledavey36 puts it "the kid is a moster". To be honest dont know a lot about him but read that he got his chance this year playing 16 games after Phil Davis and co got injured, taking his tally to 21 games. I know highlight packages only contain the goods bits but his showed him taking the game on, one occasion he goes for a run and has a bounce something some of our mids have trouble doing. He has reasonable disposal, reads the play well and backs himself. I think he will play round 1.
