Try OMac at CHF at Casey
A bit of mystery his absence from the Casey team again. OMac is in a few of the photos from Wednesday’s training gallery taking on his brother. Possibility he hurt himself that day but why the silence.

Mid-season Coaching Revamp
Is Bernie Vince still active in his part-time role at the club? Haven’t heard much about him lately. Personally, I’d like to see Bernie involved with the club on a more permanent basis next year.

CHANGES: Rd 14 vs Fremantle
ANB in and tell him to stick on Wilson all day. Pressure him so those Rebound 50s are uncomfortable all day. Can’t afford their gun players to create havoc once the ball is cleared from our forays forward.

Coburg v Casey Demons - Round 12
I hope the Casey Radio truck gets there nice and early and finds a good spot to avoid being bogged again.

Injury List - Season 2019

Jaidyn Stephenson Betting Scandal
According to this article it was Jeremy Howe that advised Stephenson to seek help after he made a flippant remark in the change rooms. How dumb do you have to be? Commenting as a joke about a teammate costing you a multi, wow, to a club leader after a win. He deserved a 36 week suspension , here’s your ‘bonus bet’ kid. It was in the rooms at the MCG after the Magpies had just beaten St Kilda by 41 points in round nine – a game in which Stephenson kicked three goals – that the 20-year-old made a passing comment to Howe that one of their teammates had cost him a multi. Stephenson was remarking on the fact one of their teammates hadn’t delivered the number of disposals that he had earlier bet on. https://apple.news/A9I1gA3IZRJazQM7FxHQtow Fine leadership shown by Howe if accurate.

CHANGES: Rd 14 vs Fremantle
Wondering if the punters will jump on Freo as the week goes on. We have won the same amount of games as them at the G this year.

Can we still make the 8?
Ah, bugger it. I’m on at $21 to make the 8. Not sure about the $251 for the flag though. We were $501 last night. Did the plunge come from here?

Round 13 Non MFC Games
The person that mowed the grass at Blundstone is surely tripping. What kind of pattern is that?

Can we still make the 8?
Does anyone know if it’s been done before from 3-9? Gosh...3-9 still hasn’t sunk in. No chance at all to make it, happy to be wrong though.

Josh Dunkley
Shambles because we have a different opinion, fair enough. I never suggested they are alike, I can see Dunkley offering a little more than nothing as you suggest especially up forward. He’s done well early in his career playing as a forward and can take a contested mark, something we lack.

The Line Coaches
I’d say one of the players that can do it is sitting in the stands Macca, Melksham. Salem is excellent too, albeit at shorter distances.

Josh Dunkley
Wouldn’t hurt to leave his manager a text, although I think the Dogs would want to keep him. Out of contract season’s end and wouldn’t be a bad choice for a mid/forward position. Melksham turns 28 this year, Dunkley could easily fit that role imo for years to come. Not as good as Jake in field kicking, but can snag a goal from nowhere also.

Fans Behaving Badly?
The Demon shop now stocks red and blue gaffa tape jane. I noticed a Carlton supporter with her mouth covered. Hmmm.

Are the Dogs for real here?

Round 13 Non MFC Games
Lol, security pacing up and down the aisles, every fan on notice it seems. Do we need to be looking over our shoulders celebrating now?

Round 13 Non MFC Games
What a woeful quarter by the Saints. Nearly every disposal was cringeworthy.

What is left to look forward to in 2019
A week long bye round blitz sale is currently on at the Demon shop. Mid-season markdowns galore. If you’re looking forward to some shopping this weekend go nuts with the bargains. Up to 50% off on some guernseys.

The Line Coaches
I read the Suns are targeting Roughead for a possible off-field role next year. I hope Lewis is in his ear about coming to us. Goal kicking coach would be a good start.

How Have the Debutants Fared?
Hore - Absolute gem. Reminds me of Matty Whelan, different types of course but similar in the way both looked comfortable from the get go. I believe he can go up to another level too. Baker - I might have gone a bit early not giving Oskar much of a chance from his VFL games , but injuries presented an opportunity and I think he’s done well so far. One of the rare players on our team at the moment that just tucks the ball under the arm and wants to go. Liking his instinct at AFL level. Lockhart - Has shown enough cameos to persist with. He has a good leap for his size and isn’t scared to take the big boys on. Good goal sense too. I’m just unsure if he and Spargo both fit in the team. Sparrow - Solid debut in Round 1, wasn’t scared to throw his solid body in the contest. Looked good to me in traffic during the scratch match against Pies with his limited game time. I think he will develop into a good player for us. Keilty - Unfortunately didn’t show much in his two games. The fact that Tim Smith is included in the team after missing a week or two makes me think Keilty is well down in the pecking order.

Round 13 Non MFC Games
Have tactics like these always been a habit of Stratton’s? Probably gone under the radar in the past, but nowhere to hide now when you’re a captain of a club.
