It is not taking a role as such, I reckon Goody wants every player ready to go, so he can pick the 22 fit and in form each week, and fierce competition for spots in that 22, we have coverage everywhere now -

No it was Max I asked, he completed most of the session, probably precautionary, probably landed a bit awkwardly or something On Clarry, it knocked him around, fine now, picking up the load -

Found out what was wrong with Clarry, one of the victims of the asthma/hay fever storm a couple of weeks ago, on medication, trained strongly, highlight his one on one battles with Jonesy Goody had them doing a lot of contact work today, most came off complaining of sore forearms, obviously the first serious hitting in a while Paraphrasing Me "Goody, they are all whinging anout sore arms" Goody "Good, it won't do them any harm" Interesting innovation in tackling drill, they have to hold tennis ball in each hand, so they have to use arms and body and not grab Agree Hogan is in a really good place. So is Watts, had a handball drill where player has back turned and has to spin and handball to one player out of three who isn't holding a ball, with his basketball skills, Watts turned this into comedy routine, particularly when Gus Brayshaw was the 'piggy' resulting in a quick headlock on Watts by Brayshaw Mitch King is not far off had him rucking against Greg Stafford I have to work now, got some good pics Including newbies will put them on Instagram and Twitter tonight, any questions feel free- 68 replies

I have covered Trenners being in the rehab group, I spoke to him so this is his words "In rehab group to steadily increase load on foot, foot is fine, still gets it checked out once a month, loads and loads of running, to be ready to go 1st training session after Xmas break" On Oliver he has been generally crook, lack of energy etc, have sent him for a battery of tests, club being cautious with him -
Me nah, periphery reports, chats with players, I get bored with describing the drills unless it's a new one, besides which we have had some excellent reports from other posters

Thanks chap bit beyond me this techy stuff (just ask my daughter) I think it shows clearly no issue with Kent's fitness or physique
-
For anybody who is worried about Dean Kent's physique or fitness, there is a vid on Instagram with him doing some extra boxing training with Alex S from the club; if anybody is techy enough to post it here, it is on his account DeanKent16 nice silly ending

I don't think we would draft a player who can't even stand up -
B class rookies are not part of the rookie draft, we can draft B class rookies whenever we want, a la Maynard If he is still there after draft, we can take him
-
He has been crook, they are not sure what it is so sent him off for tests and gave him a couple of days off, just not able to train fully, got through Friday and did the work he was supposed to
-
Was walking around with Six, joke is they kept moving the drills the farthest bit of the paddock away from us, every time we moved they did, Six stopped following
-
You didn't do a bad job Mr Six sir, for standing in one spot
-
Not sure they have been running Monday at 11am

You are in rare form this morning Chook -
They are not the greatest fans of supporters at closed sessions, but then again it is Goschs, but they haven't advertised next week yet, thought it should be an open session at 11am on Monday

McCartney rates JKH, assume that is why he is still on the list, they tried him on a wing at Casey for a couple of games towards the end of the season and he did ok Rehab have been instructed to build him properly so when he gets on the field, he stays on the field, similar to approach with Hunt -
The Bentleigh Club is also sitting on a prime piece of land, the value of which is increasing as I type this

Still I reckon for where we were in the draft, two good picks, I know one thing, Plapp must be beside himself with excitement, will have a lot of talent at Casey again, all busting their chops to get into the AFL side -

Stinear will know all about him, puts pressure on the other small forwards, mentored by Nev, pick in the 60's, what's not to like
