An anecdote from the finals. A mate of mine who is a lifelong Cats supporter rang me after the PF to say, it doesn't matter who wins the other final or how much they win by, there is no way you will not win, you are that good.. Wish I was that confident, I was but not like that.

Would rather the GF be under umpired rather than over umpired. Thought the worst decision was the non free kick to Kozzie, all in all they did a good job.

In 2018 I couldn't go to the finals due to work commitments but seeing the joy on people's faces some even crying, just amazing. To see even greater joy after winning the grand final, just fantastic.

My memory was, in the first half, he was getting the ball deep then doing a 20m chip kick to a team mate, hardly even getting it out of defensive 50. Wasn't hurting much at all.

Correct, they started to let go hands on the shoulders due to Capper, before that it was a free kick against.

For those that didn't get my original reply, umpires and coaches obviously cast votes for both sides so you can't undervalue his votes just because the only competition was Steel. he had competition from the other sides players as well.
