You get an idea of the mindset when you see your players laughing and joking with the opposition as the scoreboard ticks over to show a 7 goal deficit.

Lazy sloppy performance, players laughing during the game, only a practice match but pretty unprofessional I think.

If you know then most probably the club knows of these "issues", if they are that significant why hasn't he been sacked?
