    Look yeah I have to agree, the beards are a very casual look. Its great if your winning and on top of your game type thing, but its all a bit too laid back for me. Disipline is the basic aspect of nearly everything you do. If I was in that playing group I would expect it to come from all sides. Dont mind the review idea either and F the drinking.

    Its very simple. The afl can step in and tell all clubs to give/swap one good player to the dees, doesnt have to b a marque player but lets say a Nic Nat for say um watts, daisey for bail...that would be 17 new players for us and at hardly any cost to other clubs and ensure a more even competition. Im sure all the clubs would want to help, especially essendon and their supporters.
