I think his influence over how the game is played these days is criminally underrated. The man basically invented and perfected the concept of the pressure forward. Probably also the best kick I've ever seen play for the Demons.

A disappointing year, but a fit and firing McAdam could give us a whole new look up forward next season. He's an awkward matchup, a good contested mark and can play a negating role.

I really wish we were able to hang to pick 28 as part of the Bombers pick 9 trade. There's plenty of good talent left on the board including Shanahan and Whitlock. On the plus side, cheers Essendon for pick 9 (11)! Xavier Lindsay looks a player!

We picked up pace last year with Windsor. No issues if Langford is our first selection.

Poor Spargs had a year from hell with his achilles. I imagine the club will be very cautious in his return to full training.

If we draft Tauru, I think it shows how much optimism the club has that both Petracca and Oliver will both be back to their best next season.
