Just the lazy 25 touches and 6 goals for Cameron.

Geelong's defensive depth leaves a bit to be desired. It shows how important Stewart is to their structure down back. Meanwhile we played in round 1 without May or Salem and looked as comfortable as ever.

Geelong haven't been opened up like this since Gawn was kicking goals out of his proverbial in Perth.
  4. Jackson certainly wouldn't be the only ruck to go without taking marks for week on end. For all the media plaudits he gets for his ability to take big grabs, Nic Nat has gone through his entire career averaging just over a mark and a half a game. Makes you realise how much we take Gawn's around the ground marking prowess for granted.
  5. 6. Gawn 5. Pickett 4. Lever 3. Petracca 2. Oliver 1. Brown Massive apologies to many but mainly Spargo, Tomlinson and Brayshaw

Lynch took way too much time with his set shot.
  7. Accidentally posted this in the RD 1 pre game thread. Reposting it here. Max was credited with three goals in the first half yesterday yet I swear I only saw him kick two. One in the first quarter from the goal square and another in the second from a strong mark. I also recall Spargo kicking three for the match yet he's only credited with two.
  8. Gawn marks Gawn goals 53 - 24
  9. Training drill stuff as Petracca passes to Neal Bullen who kicks a classy goal on the run. 45 - 16
  10. Sparrow racking up a bit of ball so far this quarter.
  11. Brown gives away a free kick and Balta takes advantage of the breeze to slam home a goal for the Tigers.
  12. Martin beats McVee one on one and snaps Richmond's first of the day. Tricky match up for the rookie 39 - 9
  13. Lol Grundy kicks his third.
  14. Grundy clunks one in the goal square and slots his second on the buzzer! 33 - 2
  15. Grundy marks and snaps a goal from a tight angle. 27 - 3
  16. Our defence is absolutely dominating. Intercept marking is off the charts.
  17. Brown's had a quarter to forget so far. Dropped a couple of sitters
  18. Incredible bit of play from Laurie who tapped the incoming ball to the advantage of ANB. The ball ends up with Chandler who kicks his second point of the quarter. 21 - 2
  19. Richmond have no answer for Gawn at the moment.
  20. Lever with a lovely intercept mark. Ankle holding up well so far.
  21. After some confusion about who should take the free kick, TMac slots our third for the quarter.
  22. Some superb ball movement on the outer wing leads to Maxy kicking our second from the goal square. 13 - 1
  23. Has had a foot injury for a few weeks now. Might be touch and go for round 1.
  24. Spargo wins a free kick and slots through our first of the afternoon.
