Baker likes to run and kick. He can spot a player unlike a few of our 1st team seniors. I’d still bring Preuss in next week. He can play forward and bring in when Gawn needs a rest. Preuss also can handle some physical stuff and get angry. We need a bit of anger.

5-6 experienced heads, a few 1-2 years and then some kids or suburban footy players trying their hand. A fairly light group compared with others but still a chance for top 4 in 2019. Buxton-Wales will be a good pickup. Good player. McCaffrey also could surprise a few.

Lockhart showed enough to be close to AFL ready last year. With a preseason now he could be very handy as a backup for Jetta or a lockdown mid. Definitely shows we nearly drafted him last year.
