Demonland Player of the Year - Rd 12
6 Oliver 5 Petracca 4 Langdon 3 Viney 2 Brayshaw 1 Preuss Preuss really stepped up tonight. 24 hit outs. 12 possessions. He struggled at times physically and the trainer spoke to him a few times. He soldiered on and kept competing. He was physical and was a target. Had some good 2nd efforts. Actually got better and better. May was good with excellent disposal but fumbled a few and dropped 3-4 marks when the ball got slippery.

Preuss will need tommy mcd to relieve in parts. I’d expect Preuss to play about 75% of game time.

GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Collingwood
Maynard and Crisp. Sounds like two cops from a 1970s detective series like Starsky and Hutch. They are key players in the Pies backline. They are both in my fantasy footy team and score highly. They are both tough and hard to be beaten. Maynard especially loves the physical stuff. They are very skilled plus they are good at defensive rebounds with their kicking efficiency and metres gained being very high. But one thing is that they always kick in their preferred left boot. They never use their right, indeed like most left footers they’d feather run or baulk to get in their left. Goodwin will need to consider how we score from our midsized forwards. Maynard on Fritsch. Crisp on Melksham. I’d love to see Vandenburg used on Crisp (or Maynard) as a defensive type forward to stop his 20 possessions and high rebound game.

We love Kozzzzzzy. You beauty! He is a ripper.- Max Gawn Ruled Out vs Pies
I hope Preuss is ready to come off the chain. He is a physical guy. I’m not after 20 possessions. In his scope , I want Preuss to compete and be physical within the rules.- Leoncelli Victim of Puppy Scam
Covid brain. Yes that’s a common occurrence right now. THIS STORY SHOWS NEVER PAY $3000 TO SOMEONE YOU DONT KNOW. Wow. That’s a big miss by Leo but understand as a father how the kids pressure you.- Kozzy Rd 11 Rising Star Nomination

Ffs. Jackson injured and out 3-4 weeks. Farrrrrrrrrrrrrk- Max Gawn Ruled Out vs Pies
Release the beast. It’s time for Preuss imo. I think Gawn will miss and needs a 2 week break. Perhaps back for the Dogs challenge.- Where is Koladjashnij
Yes as posted many times previously, his health now is the primary concern. I think he will continue to work away from any contact. Running and strength work only. MFC will do it’s best and it’s likely he will retire at end of 2020 in agreement with the club medical team. I think the club and the AFL need to be so careful with players showing constant and repetitive concussions. Brain injury is a serious lifelong debilitating condition on some of these young guys.- CHANGES: Rd 12 vs Collingwood

Ffs. Can’t Pendlebury have a few more days off- 2020 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Wing position. Jack Carroll (WA). Saw him at last year’s championship. Hoping he stays under the radar. Should be available around pick 20. Nick Stevens is a country lad from Ballarat Rebels who is good mover with skills and footy smarts. Saw him in the Geelong Grammar v Melbourne Grammar game last year and he was a standout. Could be available around pick 30 Joshua Clarke. Played in last years U18s GF for Eastern. Good pace and skills on both sides. Skinny but classic runner. Likely pick 45-50. - Fixture 2020 (COVID Edition)
