  1. I think Brown comes in if Tmc goes out. That’s where the $$$ come from imv
  2. Assume primary list reduces from 44 to 42 , with Bradtke additional and retained as a Cat-B rookie outs. Cwagner JWagner Dunkley Bennell and probably Chandler Trade Outs. Tmc, OMc, Hannan, Preuss Retain KK (on list but paid out for 2021 season) Jones Jetta Nietschke moves to rookie list Trade ins. Ben Brown, Isaac Smith, Tom Phillips, Quinton Narkle Retain 3 draft picks.
  3. 2021 A Demons premiership and A covid-19 vaccine BRING IT ON
  4. Mitch Georgiades. Tim Membrey. Shaun Mckernan. Jack Darling. The list goes on of blokes that made Oscar look decidedly 2nd rate. imv the club will look to offload Oscar to anyone who’s interested and maybe get a pick in the 60s or 70s or just delist. But it’s just imv
  5. I still think Macrae is top 12-15. He should go before our current pick but obviously the trade period may throw up a lot of pick changes.
  6. If we can make Nev a lifelong Demon, it will be great news. I would have absolutely hated to see him in the filthy black and white jumper. Memo to Mahoney... Jetta should stay a Demon.
  7. Cats will probably lose Gazza and Taylor. But more $$$ likely even in existing contracts for Parfitt, Guthrie, Stewart, Duncan, Menegola, etc. who all would jump to extra $$$ even in existing deals. Adding Higgins and Cameron won’t be cheap. That’s an extra $1.3M I recall Gazza said he was back at the Cats on the average players wage and that’s how they just fitted him back in in 2019. Tim Kelly wasn’t on big $$$ either last year so that didn’t free up much I’d like to check the maths. It does not smell right imv.
  8. Exactly. It’s ridiculous when I look through the $$ the Cats must be paying !!
  9. A Premiership. That’s it.
  10. If u agree, then have a look at 60 other games where he was poor. Let’s agree that Oscar should be traded out as a mercy rule for all Dees supporters.
  11. Definitely out. Hannan. Preuss. Probably out. Tmc. Omc. Potentially in. Ben Brown Should be getting in. Witherden. Phillips. Narkle.
  12. Yes. I’m not keen. Pass.
  13. Mitch. Thanks for the memories. Time to say goodbye !!!
  14. the intangible that’s not measured in stats is INTENSITY. That’s what was lacking with Watts, Hogan, Toumpas. All good players but the intense desire to drive yourself, get better, work hard and then work hard again. I look for that quality and then surround it with the other stats. Wines had intensity and was the DL 90% choice so it remains very disappointing. That’s why I don’t rate players like Eric Hipwood. Great athlete but poor intensity at the contest. I rate Charlie Dixon. He brings it every week.
  15. Still got Matt Whelan and Steven May as positive influence for young indigenous boys
  16. Surely the Dees are calling the Cats as soon as they can after the Grand Final. The kid can play and needs a new start !
  17. Saints midfield - Inside: Steele, Ross, Hannebery, Dunstan. Outside - Hill, Z.Jones, Billings, Clark. Gresham also rotates through. Add in Crouch to inside mid for contested footy and they start to look complete. It’s not elite overall but highly effective as 2020 demonstrated.
  18. Brown should nominate us. It’s a good match and he gets us real firepower.
  19. If we dont get Brown, then Jesse would be a handy key forward. We would want to be buying him cheap. Future 3rd round 2021 pick. Obvious challenges and issues and needs to overcome the mental down times. ? Jesse knows the players ✅ The players know Jesse✅ There is no Go Home Factor anymore ✅
  20. The winner is Bailey Fritsch. Back to back Now a two time winner 2019 v Kangas round 23 at Tassie and 2020 v Dogs round 13 at Metricon. I agree kozzzzy wins the “Nearly Mark Of the Year” for his 4 or 5 huge jumps but ultimately fumbled attempts One will stick in 2021 !!!!
  21. Equalization
  22. Agree Bailey Fritsch has another good year but it was also a very frustrating year. 22 goals 24 behinds and about 10 OOB left us wanting more. Potentially a 35 goal season imo. He is sometimes casual looking (maybe just his style) and his 50 metre penalty v Lions in the dying minute was just stupid. He has signed on again and he’s only 22 so massive upside still as a late developer.
  23. Ignition gets the chocolates
