Both Viney and Tyson didn't have brilliant pre seasons last year so i think they will certainly be much better this year because of the more solid prep they have had, My point was more that Trengove was captain at 19, i thought his form was promising but Wines been very good consistently in a very strong midfield, i reckon he is in a better position to take a leadership title in his stride than Trengove was when he was given it

Just Had a delusional essendon supporter ask me " why did the club spend so much money going to court if they are guilty" I just wanted to slap him.

As essendon would be all to aware the players have a contractual agreement with the afl and to boycott the NAB cup might well lead to a seperate punishment and not even slow down asada. I really think this is just drunken robbo spreading his red wine enlightenment.

James Hird is the real hero, what people need to realise is that asada has no right to prevent essendon players from taking banned and potentially dangerous substances and compromising the integrity of the entire competition. That would be bullying, asada clearly have a personal vendetta against hird, which is probably to do with his glorious hair, seriously if little can rise above petty jealousy so can you asada.

Simple answer for me is no, he would be a fringe player. If he is completely injury free there is no reason he can't break into the team if he finds some form.
