This is why we got guys like Hibberd, Melksham and Lewis. We have enough veterans in the team and with VInce and Jones to return a late season fade out is not acceptable under any circumstances. If it happens again, we need an entire new fitness and conditioning staff and the current lot should be sent to the firing squad.

Six day breaks are the most important thing. We had the most of any club, including three in a row with a trip to Perth in between. Disgraceful fixturing and we got a bunch of injuries from it. If we dont make finals it would be fair to blame that block of the season and the loser at AFL House who planned it.

Saints cant make the finals on their own merit, they need their superstar to retire to try and channel that emotion into winning the next few games. Thats why they have one flag.

Anyone think Brayshaw might be a sneaky chance vs GWS? Hes had two solid weeks back at Casey, finding plenty of the footy. I cant see the point of playing him for another game down there. We need our best team on the park, theres no room for error in this finals chase.

Jack Trengove was suspended for 3 weeks for a tackle on Dangerfield that was a lot less dangerous than Dangerfield on Kreuzer. Lets see if the head is as 'sacrosanct' in 2017 as it was in 2011. Yeah right. The liars at AFL house have no shame.
