  1. And if Jeremy Howe makes the AA team ahead of Jetta or Hibberd, there should be riots.
  2. So sick of them making the eight. They are the very definition of pretenders.
  3. Just 6 points separating 2nd spot from 7th.
  4. Dunno about you guys, but Im ready for another legendary Richmond choke.
  5. Well he did turn 20 yesterday. Its all downhill from there.
  6. The soulless entity that is GWS.
  7. Either outcome is good too though.
  8. The Pies rolling the Eagles today would be really nice. It is in Melbourne so its a 50/50 game.
  9. Just keeps getting better and Ive noticed he learns from his mistakes. He made some howlers earlier in the season, but now hes making great decisions ie. kicking to Lewis with 30 seconds left to ice the Carlton game, and the pass to Trac at the top of the square yesterday when he could have had a shot himself from the angle.
  10. Forgot to mention that not only did he add Fantasia in ahead of Garlett, but he dropped Betts for him too. No bias at all of course.
  11. Hibberd is now in Lloyds rolling All Australian team on the SUnday Footy show. Our only player in the team. And of course the biased clown has 4 Essendrug players in there - including Fantasia, ahead of Jeff Garlett - what a joke.
  12. True that. Now wanting GWS to destroy them today. The idea of Richmond falling out of the 8 altogether is hilarious after they spent the first 7 or so rounds in the top 4 and their fans were once again thinking they were coming for the flag. The meltdown would be of epic proportions and surely Hardwick would have to go.
  13. GWS beating the TIgers is the safer option for us, if we assume Top 4 isnt attainable.. and with Sydney coming like a freight train and GWS unlikely to give up their spot it might be a bridge too far. However theres no doubt GOody and the players have tremendous belief that we can beat anyone, anywhere any time and if with out full team getting close to being available we could end up slipping into the top 4. Really, the GWS Richmond game might be a win for us either way it goes. A Tigers loss will increase our odds of making the 8, a GWS loss opens up the top 4.
  14. Most of their wins have come against the bottom 5 teams. Of the top 11 teams they have beaten just 2 (Sydney and West Coast), and the Sydney win was Round 1, when the Swans were useless and started 0-6. By comparison Melbourne have beaten 6 of the top 11 teams (Adelaide, Port, Saints, Bulldogs, Essendon, West Coast.). Port are nothing. Theyve gotten by with a totally empty injury list and a soft draw, which has enabled them to easily beat the bottom teams, who they've played a lot.
  15. 6 Sir Michael Hibberd - must make the AA team. 5 Nev Jetta - must make the AA team 4 Clayton Oliver - must make the AA team 3 Jack Viney - set the tone with a dominant opening quarter just 18 days removed from foot surgery. He is a god 2 - Jesse Hogan - hes back 1 - Jake Melksham - 3 goals including a great mark and the sealer, and some important touches through the middle where he set up some other goals Really unlucky - T Mac, Tyson, Hunt
  16. Apparently Matt Lloyd does a rolling All Australian team on the Sunday Footy Show each week. Not sure if he has Hibberd and Jetta in there yet, but they had better be in it today.
  17. You're spot on, I caught 20 minutes of last nights Doggies-Gold Coast game on the radio and Daisys commentary was better than any of the male commentary on TV. In fact she really stood out, shes very articulate and a quick thinker. Listening to her and then thinking of BT/Darcy/McAvaney/Dwayne and the like made me cringe at how truly horrific they are.
  18. Do we? If The tigers win we will be just 4 points behind both them and GWS. We have a game vs GWS to come that could get us into the top 4.
  19. Hogans 2nd goal made me laugh the way he casually pushed aside that Port player with one hand.
  20. No change. Think Jonesy will miss one more, you dont wanna mess around with a quad on the kicking leg.
  21. Great night for Saints fans. Their % and finals chances took another hit, and their Hawthorn pick fell another spot when they were convinced just a few weeks ago it would be a top 3 pick at worst (currently #7).
  22. And the Saints still rely on both of them, proving they are fools gold and a team going nowhere. Also Callum Sinclair is gonna kick 10 goals on them. Classic St.Failure.
  23. Fritsch is a gun, surely he will end up on an AFL list.
  24. Angus has 20 disposals at 3 quarter time.
  25. Well this day just got a whole lot better. Good stuff drunkn.
