I doubt it simply because it's too soon. One of the driving forces for the Cairns hub is money into the North. That will require two teams to relocate for over two weeks. Hard to make that happen in the present block of announced matches. BTW Bulldogs used to play in Cairns. Perhaps it could be them and the Suns. If so we could end up playing the Dogs in Cairns.
