Byrnes is a premiership player from a great culture...not sure yet of his on field leadership from what I have seen.

The big IF Jackson and the board decides Neeld stays in 2014, then they should demand a minimum of 8-10 games or he goes. I still think he needs minimum of 5-7 wins this year to keep his job. He must show improvement in the list, that's the bottom line. No real signs of improvement equals failure as a coach.

At this rate we will only win against the expansion clubs if we are lucky. Do any of you really want to start next season with Neeld if this happens? How do we stop the floggings and keep members .....?

My point is about using the phrase rebuild..not sacking people. Rebuild is associated with failure at our club. I sometimes wonder what the MFC jumper means anymore, stuff all in the modern game that's for sure.

Fair crack of the sauce bottle UH. Quick fixes ain't something anyone at the MFC can be accused of. 6 years of nothing and 40 plus years of mediocrity before that. Bad decisions yes yes and yes, but don't blame supporters or wanting success after all this time.

This thread is exactly what the long suffering demons fans are. Long suffering supporters who are extremely frustrated, and without any answers or hope for the club they love. This thread should be used in university studies on the psyche of footy supporters. It's real, it's raw it's us who have had enough of failure at the MFC

I dont think you have to have credibility as a recruiter to identify shyte player development at the MFC.

Everyone at the MFC spews out the mantra...Elite performance! Where is the evidence? Neeld will continue lose players if they cannot understand and implement his game plan. Players will not develop by being beaten by 70 points or more most weeks. Peter Jackson has to arrest this bleeding and get the support to do it urgently.

None of this mob at Essendon have taken responsibility for anything yet. Actually their arrogance is at record levels. I have no pity at all for this mob. I just wish those in power at the MFC showed just a glimpse of the same arrogance, but we all know our club are pea hearts on and off field.
