Neeld and the match committee will be derelict in their Jobs if they don't drop Watts. After today Watts has lost me, what is his problem?

Almost without exception over many years I have cringed every time supporters clap our team off at half time when they are losing. Actually, will all those who do this STOP! When the team wins and playing well go hard by all means but not at half time. It's a piece of our culture that makes me cringe.

JT will come good, he is underdone.

I watched Watts and Frawley today, I watched them closely. Both appear very disinterested in the contest and both look like they want to be elsewhere. If this is true then drop them both into the VFL. I cannot stand players getting a game who appear they don't want to be there. If this is their position they should have the guts to tell the club. They were very ordinary today.

Time is fast approaching or weak bastards to harden up. If we lose to GWS let's see if supporters demand change..lets see. Our supporters are part of the problem, the club knows we are weak bastards and that's the facts.

Good culture equals good brand. Our culture from the supporter to the player is on the nose. Supporters have accepted mediocrity for decades and players and administrations promised the world and so far delivered nothing. Neeld is the latest in a conga line of coaches who have found it difficult to change our stinking culture. Our brand will stink until we play year after year in the finals. Change the culture and the brand will take care of itself.

As a very long term member I have lost confidence in the people who are in charge of our beloved club. If any poster has confidence in these people to get the club back on track, the best of luck to you. I really hope the players give the supporters a glimmer of hope this week

I consider myself a reasonable thinking type but I am at a complete loss as to how this has occurred. As said earlier, there are smart people at the club who have worked at successful clubs in recent times. It just does not make sense that these people agreed to withhold information from the AFL, if indeed this took place. In Asia they say the fish starts rotting at the head....Don appears to have no control over this club, none whatsoever. His position looks very shaky.

Why oh why does this need to be rocket science? There are 22 highly trained footballers who take the field. They have had six months day in day out to show something at the start of the season. Either they are very bad at learning or they are very bad at instinct or both, however if 22 fit players cannot assemble themselves in a hurry to stop being thrashed then I have severe concerns that it is a huge Attitude issue and a complete disconnect with the coaching group. I just don't get it. How can a side be so [censored] so early in the season.

Conspiracy theory or not....it will be folly to underestimate the power of some personalities at AFL house. Ranks are closing around the protected. All evidence that may have existed is no longer and those involved would have had plenty of time to cover their tracks

It is now Neelds list. He has to get them to play competitive football. So far he is failing very badly at this. He cannot and should not lay blame elsewhere and neither should anyone. This is his making now, he must produce watchable football or he is gone.
