I would or call any of the following A graders based on 2024 form Fullarton McAdam Billings Hunter Our inability to attract players that can have an immediate impact to offset player departures has cost us imho Irrespective of where we finish this season I sincerely hope our list gets the shakeup it needs and we can attract some players that can contribute meaningfully in 2025 and beyond

I struggle with the CFC comparison the reality is that with no Trac, Lever, Brayshaw, Smith , unfit or hopelessly out of form Petty, Oliver, Viney, BBB, etc our list is nowhere near theirs atm Our once celebrated midfield now looks one of the comps worst , our forwards are inconsistent or just not threatening and our backline is very suspect if/when the ball hits the ground Hard to see this team really threatening any time soon

If you want fight I’m not sure Fullarton offers that much. I’ve watched him several times now at Casey and frankly he offers a similar level of intensity as a former demon chf now at the bummers He seems like a really nice bloke and I’m sure he is but right now I’d rather see a few more hard nuts run out in red and blue. We seem to have lost any sort of true grit particularly in the last month.

Throwing HBFs into the midfield doesn’t mean they will be successful in that role and then who replaces them at HB ? Howes doesn’t deserve a recall he butchered the ball time and time again this weekend at Coburg and it seems the coaching group don’t think AMW has what it takes Our list is overrated imo - we have quite a few who don’t look that hungry and seem happy to take their paycheck and just show up when it suits
