Watts is innately soft and it's frustrating, but he will be on the list in two years because he is a number 1 pick with some positive attributes. He won't be anywhere near an elite player though because of the lack of desire and intensity.

So who's fault is it? The player's, Schwab's, the board's, coaches' or a combination of some/all? This is getting ridiculous. How does a club spiral out of control in every area? Its a basket case. As someone mentioned above, the major issue i have is that professional athletes can go out into the arena and not try. Regardless of their issues it comes down to their own desire and professionalism, surely. That is the biggest disgrace of all. I really hope a few of them live to have many regrets.

I don't see more than 5 or 6 of the current group as part of the future. It would need to be a complete clean out to rid the club of the current issues. Anyway 2 to 3 years is too long also. I'm not interested in watching another rebuild, and I'm sure many feel the same way.

100% correct. I don't rate his performance in the slightest. Anyway, the fact that the kid we drafted to be our full forward/chf for the next decade is player loose man in defense says it all really.

We are in a catch 22. The club can't survive another rebuild. The level of clean out we need will take 5 to 7 years to come back from. We border on financial trouble as it is let alone no one turning up to games and buying memberships for 7 years.

It sounds over the top but I think you are actually right. Heads need to roll from the top down. Everyone. The only problem is that in reality it just can't happen. there are too many complexities involved. Hence the club will continue to die a slow death.

How can any professional sporting club seriously dish up this atrocious level of ineptitude?? Never seen it before. What do they do at training? It's clear this is a dead club walking. No drafting can fix this cultural issue.

Oh god I feel ill

Watched from the top deck of the northern stand and from that angle it really exposes just how bad we are in every area of the game. Clearances, spread, work rate, hardness, ability to tackle, no hard running, shocking skills, lack of heart, confidence and gameplan where most evident. The players play without heart and soul and I won't be supporting them again until that changes. I have the feeling it won't change with this current group, which means a long road ahead.

Agreed. This is a pointless, patronizing exercise. Trengove was shocking today. Missing when it counted. It was a Green-esque captains game. GRimes not any better with his ridiculous clangers.
