That only happens when we were running forward of the ball and our poor skills turned it over leaving space and loose players ahead for Carlton. You can't attack and defend at the same time. Had nothing to do with work rate.

So far off the mark it's ridiculous. They had a red hot crack. We played the better footy all day, just our skills weren't up to the game plan quite a bit, but we were harder, had the more damaging players and cleaner in close and got away with it. Gotta get those ugly wins to finish high. Job done, next!

Melk and Hibby both play backline, Salem plays wing or mid bursts, Gus and Oliver will be huge factors if we are to play finals as Oliver is a freakish talent in congestion and Gus has Class written all over him. I don't think the 2 are competing for the same spot at all

Not athletes. He was a big strong guy. Could drop 5-10kg in a couple months easy. I did my knee and lost 12kg over 6 weeks and I'm no pro athlete

He was also a strong built guy and a shoulder reco means no heavy weights for a long time so you drop muscle mass very quickly. Losing 10kg is fine, but probably half of that would be mass he didn't want to lose and would be rehabbing to put back on for strength.

There was a number of games last year where Jetta almost single handedly kept us in the game. He is now a top shelf small defender, and in my mind he would be the first back I pick each week. Extremely underrated

Not gonna make a difference to the congestion. Mostly the 3rd man up tried to tap down to someone which is what the ruck does anyway. It will just allow one of the key positions in football to have a 1v1 battle. Which is great. this is huge for us. We have the best tap ruck in the game, who would no doubt have been attacked next year by the 3rd man all season. So Maxy to dominate, and JV to be all Australian

There is a heap of players I would take for fwd/ruck roles ahead of Vickery. He is 100% useless, and a [censored] to go with it. Zac Clarke, Lobbe, Tom Nichols, Shaun McKernan, Juice Newton, a bean bag..... you win flags by consitantly bringing in the right people, and he is definitely not one

He's a better version of Vanderberg who spends more time in the midfield. Would bring a lot more than a lot of the 18-22 picked players we have each week

Has had a few years in a very good system. Big body, tall and racks up possessions. With the crouch brothers and others coming through has struggled for games. Would be cheap, still young and would be best 22 at the moment.

If you actually had a look at the three way trade with coll-Melb-port you would see we ended up with Kennedy and a pick which ended up (through a pick exchange with Gold Coast) giving us the pick we traded for Bugg. So Ben Ken and Bugg and pick 50 for Howe, Toumpass and pick 64. Which,over the next few years, will be a win for us
