Injury List 2020
25 games required to win a premiership? Marlion pickett- 1 game, 1 premiership Better go get his medal off him

TRAINING: Wednesday 20th November 2019
I think you will find top teams have more intercept marks, due to their midfield pressure and structures being more successful. If the ball comes in on a platter like it did at GC, pretty hard to do much more than being it to ground at best.

TRAINING: Wednesday 20th November 2019
You played much footy? Having the confidence to Extend your arms and mark at full stretch is critical when marking on a lead. Prevents the defender from being able to reach the ball. A defender loves it when a forward bends their arms, as you simply need to put your chest on their shoulder and reach for a spoil. No timing required. But hey, go criticise a high level afl player who has based his game on one on one marking contests because of a photo

Any sneaky word on anyone guiding Bennel or seen doing sessions with him outside of the club? I'm sure MFC has given him his program

Tom Green (Drafted by GWS Giants)
So worst case scenario, is this bloke a pick 3? A quality mid is never a problem on the list, but is he worth that pick?

2019 Player Reviews: #19 Mitch Hannan
He needs to add to his role. Being a small forward isn't the problem. The problem is if you base your game solely around crumbs falling your way, and getting a loose ball out the back then your a extremely limited to opportunities to impact the game. He needs to know when he needs to crumb, know when to run out the back for the loose ball, but also involve himself by being an option for short hit ups around the 70m mark as opposed to the long bomb, fwd half stoppages, switches out of the back 50 etc. Being so one dimensional so much of his game is left to chance

316 years old. Never out of shape. Weight of leadership taken away from him. No rush for his old rig. Needs to be selfish for a year to get the max out of himself

Would love to see Gus on the track early looking hungry. Has he been training at elite facilities overseas like some of the others saty?

Are any of the bottom tier players a chance to have an impact this year? Know very little about them Chandler, Jordan, Sparrow, Neitschke, Bedford?

Rd 1 Team vs West Coast
Yep, seems like we spent years building, then all of a sudden the list stinks again. Can't be the case. I guess from last year's horror you can pretty much add these players as recruits- Hannan (contributed 2018), TMac (played injured all 2019), Jetta (hardly played), Lever (8 games, never got going), Langdon, Tomlinson, pick 3, pick 8, Bennel, Smith, AVB and we only got a broken up half a year out of Weed, Melksham and May. That's the positive view

Rd 1 Team vs West Coast
Not sure why, but our best 22 looks so weak to me. How similar is this to 2018 finals, because we've only added players (and I rate may, Langdon, tomlinson) but it just looks like a poor squad. Petty chb? Harmes is a mid, hunt up forward? Maybe the negativity of 2019 has scarred me

TRAINING: Friday 8th November 2019
Both were fantastic last year. We were terrible as a club, but if we won the flag and those two had the exact same years as they did the comment would be completely different. It's easy to slap the individual players because we terrible, but those two were far from the problem

Round 1 team 2019
My opinion only, but I don't have him in our top 25. I don't see his weapons. Not fast, not strong, small and not a great kick. Tries super hard, can get a goal or two, but I think will struggle.

Melbourne reveal plans to unleash Jesse Hogan into midfield mix
Didn't he once kick 6 goals in a vfl game, and one other time everyone went nuts because he had 3 tackles in an afl game? That Should garuntee he plays every game this year.

In Jason Taylor we trust!
Bit of Jeremy Howe about the way he moves I reckon. Hopefully that's the only Howe type movement

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CLAYTON OLIVER
Yep, but this time we have the Ollie

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CLAYTON OLIVER
That is a long seriously impressive clip! Aggressive, knocks teammates out of the way to get the hard ball, plays on all the time, fast, strong, sells a shitload of candy and kicks goals!!!! That's got me pumped!

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Imagine if st kilda came to us during trade week and said "we will trade you pick 1 for pick 2?" Because according to just about every recruiter for 98% of the last 12months that's what they have done! Could not be happier with our drafting last night!

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
You can screen test all you like but in 20 years of footy the best players I have played with or against were mostly wild guys. Lacking that self preservation most of us have, aggressive, determined, competitive. Wether role model/leaders or not, a lot of these personalities would be getting weeded out of the system now days.
