It's gone way past that mate, there is a bad culture at the club full stop.
-
From what I can see Gary and Cam convinced the board we needed a harder coach with a defensive mindset, this is why they didn't look at Eade. The thing about 'Rocket' is that he is a very good tactician and has a great understanding of how to get the best from the team he is given and works within that framework . Anyway, Neeld said all the right buzz words and Gary and Cam wet themselves in the race to sign him. Like Bailey, I think Neeld feel for the snake oil salesmen and this will bring him down. Talk about Bailey's game plan being out of date, well we have been playing catch up again. Gary the entertainer has proven again that whilst he could play a bit, he really has no more understanding of the game than any of the other clown princes, Hawkins and Brownless. He should never be taken seriously again.

How much did we beat his side by a couple of years back?
-
Rodan is a downhill skier, he has no idea of how to tag. Magner is a rookie and not eligible until someone goes on the long term injury list.
-
When fit Clark is our number one ruck option. Dawes will have to do the job forward and Watts will need to go to CHF and see he can do what he was drafted to do. I don't hold up much hope for Sellar, Pederson or Fitzparick. Do you think the AFL might show mercy and let Hogan play?
-
He's just not as good as people give him credit for, he really isn't. To me he has reached his potential and that's all he has to give, he's is what he is, just an average player who has the occasional good game.
-
No it's not, it's part of the culture of footy to boo the umpires.

Gillies, Byrnes, Rodin, Sellar, Pederson, Nicholson, Spencer, MacDonald, Fitzpatrick, Davis not up to AFL standard. Jamar passed his use by date, Silvia never been as good as people think. A whole bunch of others hit and miss like Blease, Strauss, Jetta, Dunn, Tapscott, Bail etc. Davey, Garland, Trengove (think he can play but where, 'old dee' think you might be right about HFF)? A couple of kids like Kent, Tynan, Taggert, Toumpas, Barry (but doesn't like the contest) to early to tell. Jones and Terlich have a bit of a go but probably should have been rookie picks. Tommy Mc on the back of one reasonable season need to back it up, has a long way to go (and that's on last years form not tonights) Frawley is better than he is showing but has the weight of a poor side bearing down on him. Grimes needs to go back and marshall the troops from half back, Clark when fit needs to move into the ruck (no point waiting for it in the forward line) unless big Max can run a game. Spencer and Jamar not up to it. Clark to me is a bit like Ottens and when fit we need him to generate play. Hogan comes in next year and we can only hope Dawes remembers how to mark a ball although I'm not banking on it. Watts can do what he was picked for and play CHF until Hogan comes through. Viney and Jones need to contest every centre bounce, only 2 with a clue but buggered if I know who the 3rd should be. The others are too busy watching their opponents run away with the ball after they've broken the tag, they need to anticipate the ball, they can't. Doesn't look to good, does it? Forgot Schwab, worst CEO in AFL. Probably in the history of the game.

No, the biggest mistake was bringing Schwab back into the club.
-
Out of the 21 votes 14 to Jones.N 7 to Howe

The spirit finally left down at Geelong in 2011, when the architect kept his job.
-
Basically I'm on strike until Schwab goes.
-
Like last week, can't tackle...but has something to work with.
-
Booing our players is not on, simple. If I see McLardy around though he will get stern talking to for reappointing Schwab on a 3 year contract instead of sacking him when he should of had the balls to do it, after the Geelong game.
-
They only did half the job, we would be in a much better position if Schwab had of cleared out his desk as well.
-
Might give you a clue as to why the players can't get themselves up for line in the sand games. Forget the board for the moment, get rid of the architect. Schwab must go.
-
The poison chalice until major changes are made at the top. ...and please don't let Gary Lyon be involved anymore. I thought Eade was our best option last time but Gary in his wisdom thought not. Turned down Eade, turned down Sheedy.
-
It was more about protecting people at the club than the club itself unfortunately.
-
She was very emotional but I think part of it was the tanking thing, remember Lynden was very upset at the time.
-
Just posted same on the Schwab thread. It says a lot doesn't it? The poor lady was in tears like many of us tonight.
-
Players mum on the phone at SEN now, devastated. Says management of the club has a lot to answer for, the poor lady was in tears and she barracks for Hawthorn. Said the players have been poorly treated.
-
It's going to cost us a damned site more if Schwab for a start doesn't go. This is why the AFL need to be involved in decisions made, put the right person in and get a payment scheme for the fine $2 a week for the next 250k weeks should do it. Add an advance from the AFL and I'm sure there are many supporters who will pay to see the back of him. Neeld, well if he went this year (I would give him some time, without this admin) we would have a caretaker that is already on the payroll. We would then need to stump up for next year. It will cost a lot more if we don't do anything.
-
Agree Robbie and I've been calling for this to happen since last year.
-
Really set him and the players up for failure, who ever thought this was a good idea had no idea. Needed to go about their business without all this garbage.
-
Let me repeat after tonights performance, nothing has changed since the Geelong game. How many more of these do we need. I'm not prepared to see the year out like this, time for a change and it's a few years too late.
