NON-MFC: Round 17
I'm not so sure... They have a very savvy football person taking over the reigns soon. Will be an interesting watch.

Training Ground?
I think we should keep it as a base for our dog walking club after we leave.

NON-MFC: Round 17
I'm an Ed fan but it's going to be interesting watching him get off this one. King was blaming LDU for going low in the tackle. I thought you were supposed to go low & tackle around the waste. The fend off came as he was already going low & Ed saw it, just banged the elbow into his head. For mine that's a minimum 3 weeks.

Trade Targets
Funnily enough we have a few Premiership players on the list who are good leaders. Just don't need to trade them out. We don't need to bring in old players from other clubs now unless Pendles felt like an extra year.

POSTGAME: Rd 16 vs Gold Coast
If he's anywhere near these players then that would be good...but that's a very high bar, particularly McCluggage who I rate as top tier in the AFL.

Can we talk about Kolt?
You need to take into account reasons where they exist. I'm not convinced by him yet but will cut him some slack.. Certainly not 5 years of cobbled together games. By next season we would want to really see something from him.

Can we talk about Kolt?
Have to agree...I heard Cooney talk about this the other day. Said a young player missing a preseason has a huge effect on their season. He said older players can get away with it to an extent because they have banked multiple preseasons & a larger workload over their careers. It actually makes Lindsay's first season quite remarkable.

Welcome to Demonland: Luker Kentfield
Sometimes it's about longer term development. Time in defence didn't/doesn't hurt him. Took some nice grabs down back, one would be in the running for mark of the year a few weeks back. Has to be good for his confidence. Forget about a senior debut this year, let him get a full preseason under his belt first.

CASEY: Rd 14 vs Gold Coast
Watched a bit of it 'Red' and nothing to inspire...

Training Ground?
It was certainly a big part of it but not the only issue...

NON-MFC: Round 16
I think you're looking at the wrong bloke...

Time to go Goody?
...and it's the Boards job to oversee and where necessary take action to sort these problems out. A caretaker President & CEO are not in a position to do anything.

NON-MFC: Round 15
An absolute shocker 'Dub'...there's no way in the world that shouldn't have been called. Yet somehow 4 umpires couldn't make it.

Welcome to Demonland: Caleb Windsor
He's just having the 2nd season blues coming off an interrupted preseason..and also adapting to a different role.

Josh Mahoney to depart Essendon.
Josh was an important player in building the Premiership list.

Time to go Goody?
I think this and the management of the club have been bigger issues than many on here think. ...the club has been run this year by an interim President and interim CEO. Not sure how this has been allowed to happen.

Yeah...and why are we still banging on about our coach and regurgitating the same rubbish on the "Time to go Goody" thread? I guess that's the problem with a fan forum...you never know what will come up.- Josh Mahoney to depart Essendon.
First lets get him back as Football Manager...he's very good in the role.- Time to go Goody?
I think Goody could get some results out of this list with major adjustments of course. We haven't been proactive enough in list management since winning the flag.- Time to go Goody?
Look at it anyway you like but Goodwin is our most successful coach since Norm Smith.- Jeff White - Analysis
This makes 'picket fence' comments about Max's game look pretty silly...- Congratulations Daisy Pearce - Inducted into AFL Hall of Fame.

100% with you on this 'mono', I've written about it on this forum many times in the past. It's so dangerous that I would go one step further and make it a reportable offence. I don't fear as much for the [censored] that does it but the poor player who would have to carry the thought that he was part of causing another human to be paralysed. - Tairon Ah-Mu - No access for Dees NGA Talent
