Round 5 Non-MFC Games
Jane certainly has to be on the Crows whipping boy list... One of the most frustrating players in the game must have been mentored by Tippett.

Round 5 Non-MFC Games
I know this was wishful thinking but I was really hoping we wouldn't have Jack Watts filtering (in some cases dominating discussion) through posts this year. He's been done to death since before coming to the club and now he's gone it's probably a good time to let it all go and move on.

Round 5 Non-MFC Games
I know it's Dangerfield so probably won't happen but he should get many, many weeks for dumping Westoff head first into the turf off the ball. That was a very dangerous action that could have had disastrous implications...

Round 5 Non-MFC Games
After last years GF debacle where they didn't show up followed up by last weeks poor effort against the Pies I'm sure there were people on Crowland calling for Don Pyke's head. A week's a long time in football.

Round 5 Non-MFC Games
Sounded like a female voice and a very strange conversation. Maybe it was a player but for some reason I thought it was coming through his head set... I think the voice was trying to say it was kicking in danger but the ump was having none of it. Was almost as if the voice wanted to turn over a decision & award a free kick on review which would have been very embarrassing. The ump to his credit pointed out his decision not to award an in danger free had nothing to do with the review. I don't think we were supposed to be in on that discussion but would be very interested to know who it was with. Wonder if the AFL can use the hit the wrong button excuse this time.

Where to play TMac?
...and then superseded by Frost with ball in hand. That is truly a thing of nightmares, close to Bugg having a set shot at goal.

List of shockers in past two seasons.
I haven't read one of the posts. I'm sure many of these games you speak of have given me nightmares. I choose not to relive them, why would anyone? Once was enough. There really are a lot of sad cases around here '@Axis of Bob '

Richmond VFL v Casey Demons - Round 3
Seeing as White is not a Melbourne listed player that's going to be difficult to achieve 'Deemania'...

Shepherding the man on the mark
It's a tactic that's been used for near on 10 years now. We should be on top off it... Agree...

Shepherding the man on the mark
This has been going on for years now...it's nothing new. Pretty sure it was Malthouse that first used it with C/Wood. We should be well aware & able to counter it by now.

Roos: "They’re so easy to score against"
I've also thought of Harmes & Stretch. Smith has been struggling since injury, not sure who else we have at Casey. Hunt has to come back in, that's a certainty. Also it's not just Lewis/Vince, Jetta is the worst of the 3 at the moment.

Roos: "They’re so easy to score against"
You can't have Jetta, Lewis & Vince in the backs together. Way too slow... When they were talking about Lewis playing back over the break alarm bells went off for me. Don't know how we fix it against the Tiges but Goody better come up with something from left field to tackle their small forwards. Some players are going to need new positions and others spend some time at Casey. Anyone have creative idea's about who to move back? Melk is one I would throw up...really needs to turn his career around.

Be Patient with Lever
When you look at that backline 'Andrew' it's no wonder we can't hold a team on a run... ...apart from positioning (plan) the leg speed is not there. Hibberd is the only one with any pace at all. We just can't have Lewis, Vince and Jetta in the back 6 together. One is enough, we need to find some run to feed off Lever & Omac... ...and please leave Frost back in the VFL.

Changes v Richmond
I thought Frost cost us momentum at the end of the first Q and again at the start of the 2nd Q....he has absolutely no football IQ. Honestly should not play again unless we are down on numbers. We won't need him against the Tiges so Hunt should come back in. Bugg's skills and poor decisions also cost around the same time when we had them on the mat. Hannan back for Bugg. ...and Tyson back if recovered from virus. For those wondering about the value of Tyson, then look at the game today and see how much help Oliver got around the middle.

GAME DAY - ROUND 4
I will go against the flow a bit here. I don't think the Hawks are any particular measuring stick, just another game we should win. To me they are another mid rung team. Yes these games are dangerous, if we're not switched on we can lose. If we are switched on and playing our best football (we haven't so far this year) we are the better team and will win comfortably. The teams I want to see how we match up on are the Tiges, Sydney and GWS. These games will tell us a bit more about where we sit in 2018.

Clarry's goal
I don't mind them rotating but when it comes to the centre bounce I hope Oliver is in there. He's far and away our best option and draws opposition attention opening it out for the others if he doesn't get it and with his hands if he does...

Round 4 Non MFC games
Only watched the first half then switched over... Jane Jenkins was embarrassing, but so to were most of the Crows team. The game looked over in the first 10 mins. A question...is Eddie quickly coming to the end? he's really struggled so far this season & appears to be off the pace, the magic has gone missing.

Lyon on Brayshaw
Good post 'jnrmac', I particularly like the dipstick comment. To me Lyon is highly overrated as a so called football expert. Comments like this only enhance that view. Brayshaw’s teammate Oscar McDonald has had a tough start to the season in defence with Ben Brown kicking four goals on him last week, but Lyon backs the 22-year-old to find form. To me Oscar has been going along pretty well and if his teammates didn't gift Brown some goals then his stats would look better...but all is good in the world, Lyon is backing him to find form.

"Lapse or Lethal Dees"
Kingy throws enough out there...he's got to get one right every now and then.

Who Makes Way For Viney And Tommy
I hope the pressure is on 'Stretch', not saying it will be but if Weideman can fire it will certainly make selection interesting. Tommy had some good games forward last year but I don't think he's a natural in that position. Certainly has good hands and running capacity. This kind of selection dilemma would be a good problem to have though.
