It wasn't provocative at all and I don't condone personal attacks either, nor should you. My opinion dates back and is a combination of frustration and wanting my team to do well. Head down, ar$e up. And for what it's worth I do feel that I do bring some good to this forum from time to time as I'm involved with the club. Next time I get frustrated with certain matters I will be sure not to post it just incase it's too precious. As you mention posting in a rationale, sensible manner then maybe you should take that to every other thread.

Firstly I do not hate Neeld so your presumption is wrong. Secondly yes I do know a fair amount of what goes on inside the club as my brother plays in the senior side, not that I'm willing to elaborate on anything too much. Thirdly my opinion was my opinion, it wasn't put up for a personal attack, I like most of you just want to see improvement and demon victories, nothing wrong with that. Mark is actually a nice genuine fella but before all the happenings of late he was heard regularly, whether it was a beat up for the supporters I don't know. At a time when other new coaches were quiet. Anyway he is doing a good job and I have a right to have my opinion. Move on.

Thats the problem he has had way too much involvement in the recruiting. Much like he did at Freo, just ask some of their members. Hes done the same here. Although he probably wont from now onwards.

Not fit enough? So why were so fit in 2010 & not in 2012? There were a lot of players out there who have been around for some time. Some people say we drafted athletes but were not fit enough, some say we are too young and have too many young skinny kids, but still there werent many of them out there on Saturday. All I read on this site is people searching for the best excuses, but in reality all that is wrong is our players are overrated and just not good enough. The constant dribble and ego maniac war on here is out of control. Everyone get used to the fact, with this list we aren't going anywhere. The so called gun coaching group will get them to be average triers and that's it. Ultimate cleanout needed if we are serious, from CEO down, remove the deadwood.

This is what hurts me the most, just cant remove it from my head! Scully #1, Trengove #2, Sylvia #3, Morton #4, McLean #5 There could of been a top 4 midfield by now, any way you want to look at it.

Somebody asked me today were you happy with how the Dees went and I had to bluntly say, no way, I feel disgusted. I keep thinking back to a competitive 2010 where we took it up to Stk, Wb & Coll twice and right now i feel shattered. Fair enough a lot of water has gone under the bridge and a lot of changes but I dont accept any mediocrity in my own life so why should I for a professional football club. It heartbreaks me to think back to 2010 to round 4 2012. Our disposal has not improved since 2007 when the rebuild apparantly started. The excuses of kids annoys me as a lot of them arent kids anymore. Whilst Im happy with the way things are heading off field and saw a couple of positives today, Im highly concerned about where we are heading on-field. Over rating our list, just because of where they went in the draft, is blind faith in my eyes. I just dont know where we are heading and Neeld has a big job ahead of him, he may even need to simplify whatever changes he has made. Bring back the rollercoaster anyday for me. I just want to see some wins.

Not saying its our best side just a side I'd like to see develop. Many senior players not in as I dont see a few of them going on after this year and some need to pull their heads in. If we have to rebuild again well might as well get players in there to get their games up. Im sure Ive missed somebody important and Im sure someone will sook but its just my opinion. Jamar only one good year as AA but doesnt do enough damage around the ground like Martin does. Alot more run out of our backline, Develop those mids and swap out in a forward pocket might be a short term answer to a small forward. Judd did it well the other night.

Trouble is we are going to have to draft it. No player of any importance would want to come to this club the way it is going. Its horrible but true. At least the new teams have the money that we dont, cant see us attracting anything. Must draft well!

Davis, Tom McDonald & Tynan are 3 boys I have enjoyed watching this year. Wear their hearts on their sleeves - a credit to them at such a young age. Put Davis at CHB, McDonald at CHF & Tynan wherever and watch them grow. They may get beaten from time to time but at least you know they will try.
