He's rated 2-3 in the draft, has been touted as a natural leader and one of the hardest players to ever come through the system, we've already been training him for a year so almost comes in as a 2nd year prospect, and he loves the MFC so in all likelihood is gonna stick around. We're probably taking him at number 3. I think we'll survive.

The offer's cool but the way he explains it has me worried, I was hoping to think of Mitch's injury as a 'wait out until pre-season 2013 and he'll be good as new' but it's looking like a messed up injury. Richo's saying he had to wear orthotics the rest of his career and the change in his running style contributed to frequent hamstring injuries. Really don't want to a see situation with Mitch where he can only string a limited number of games together before he's down again. Wtf footy gods? ACL wouldn't suffice? Had to snap that damn tendon in the middle of his foot. Wish him all the best in his recovery and hope that he can be back to his old self in 2013. Minus any ongoing hamstring issues or whatever.

I'll be surprised if he's not moved on on once his contract runs out at season's end. I like Garland in the forward line but I think we need him down back negating the smalls now that Bartram's out for the season. I don't think we have anyone else who can do a decent job at it for the moment. Maybe MacDonald on a good day.

I don't like the idea of throwing fake money. And I don't think the money is what has made us angry about the whole farce. Tom Scully was two-faced, lied the whole season and gave us absolutely nothing in return. He's a bag of s..t basically. But we're trying to draw midfielders away with cash ourselves, nothing wrong with it if they're open and honest about it. You could argue that Mitch Clark joined us for the money, even though I don't think that's all there is to it. Besides I've got so much man-love for the guy that he can join us for whatever reason he likes. Still, I think it puts him in a difficult spot and it shows that we're focusing on the wrong aspect of how Scully f..ked us anyway. Would much prefer to see LIAR banners in the stands then guys throwing wads of money about. The image is amusing in my head though.

Kinda makes sense to trade out our pick 3 if we'll have to use it for Viney anyway. In effect, if GWS and GC were going to force our hand then we'd be only be losing out on pick 25. Make sense?
