Just read the article this morning WJ. Great piece. Without trying to hijack the thread, I note that the Age has become little more than a refuge for your 'right on daddyo' Will Anderson types (I'd exclude some of the sports writing) and an underlying premise that there's no fish and chips worth eating unless they're within a 10 km radius of the CBD. 'Random' interviews in respect to any issue appear to invariably involve social content managers from Fitzroy or food bloggers and lifestyle coaches from Kew. In short, it's become an almighty wankfest.

I was going to be glib dee - luded and suggest you stop barracking for Melbourne for a few years.....but I won't. I do think, however, that you need to connect with your local gp in the first instance with a view to finding someone to chat to. Things can get the better of us all at times and it would probably be good to have a strategy and supports.
