The need to justify an action by a figurehead is usually present in a Democracy. This is a demonocracy-sometimes benevolent/sometimes not .

Long term-we could lull the opposition into a false sense of security .The only problem at the moment is that they bounce the ball in the centre to start the game and after the opposition goals.we'll have to lobby the AFL to change that .
