Some superb gymnastics last night from the Eastern European girls . The new batton throwing thing is awesome.

The Geelong Culture is strong due to a good deal with the AFL over their round as much as it is their excellence on field . We cant replicate their off-field bonus every home game but we can try to emulate their belief and attitude in big games . Buying some of their retirees as on field player-coahes is a low percentage move in my opinion. Just get them in as mid-field coach as soon as possible .
