Sorry Jnr but I remember watching Junior massacre the ball for more than a 100 games before he came good - the playing group needed destabilising. The culture is on the improve ,and the reality about Jnr is that we made the right decision-100%. On field leadership is beginning to emerge from guys like Tappy and Tom Mc.
