Probably only 3 hours left in the job. I give Neeld kudos for getting Dawes ,who is improving as a player . He deserves the credit for getting David Misson here and getting the fitness levels up . Ditto Mitch Clark. He also made the players think about defensive football-rightly or wrongly ,and tried to make them accountable . Pretty hard job and he gave it his all .

Sellar isn't up to it . Doubt he will get 50 AFL games. Be realistic . No hands .No feet . No pace .

Rawlings, Royal and Brown can go too. No more numbers men who want to be an AFL coach one day. Get us someone who IS.

IN : Tom Mac,Blease,Gawn,Jetta . Out:Jamar,Tapscott ,Bail,Joel Mac. We need 2nd and 3rd efforts,ground level skills, kicking skills and pace. Jamar is a liability now. Has been for a year.Too slow at everything. Tappy is battling for form-needs a kick in the magoos Bail isn't big or strong enough and of those running types he is the worst kick. Joel Mac was ok today but is never going to make it in finals,same reason I'll leave out Magner and any other battlers-they can't kick. McKenzie stays on sheer defensive effort alone.

So let him play on the wing I realize he is no Rod Grinter.

People may laugh but I reckon Watts could be the best set shot in the AFL. He is a strong mark also.

His record alone indicates differently. I believe our players all speak plain English ,even the 18-22 year olds . He is the most successful player/coach since Barassi. He is the same age as Malthouse and he has new teeth. It would be awesome.
