Dodgy cats?
Yes, that’s correct, didn’t think it was appropriate to name him

Dodgy cats?
Yes it was several times. we put the red and blue blinkers on and consider ourselves to be the victims. Do you remember Didaks indiscretion with the OMCG member after a night out, well a Dee’s player was also with them.

Just Kick the [censored] Thing!
It requires a lot of work Red and players having the confidence to hit the kick and teammates as soon as they identify they are open. Doubt and hesitation causes 50/50 contests and turnovers. Once teams get speed on the ball and the method is ingrained into the players the system works well and the team suddenly looks to have pace. Just want us to stick with the method and have faith as With Mcvee, Kossie and Windsor thrown into the mix I believe we can be very dangerous on the counter and with our ball movement to get 1 v1s inside our F50

There was still never an opportunity to punch the footy at any stage, Sparrow is covering off the kick over the top of one of our players (possibly Fritsch) on the 50m arc members side wing, which is where the kicker heads, he’s also within striking distance of Kelly if the kicker try’s to hit Kelly with a clean kick he can press up and stand the mark to force Kelly to step back and allow players to move up into position which we did well for most of the day., if you rewatch the game you will see this continuously. We have actually covered off quite well but the scrubbed kick came off and Sparrow is boundary side. Henderson may have been better served to give away a professional free and take Callaghan’s legs out but it is what it is

I’m not going to derail a game day thread. The rule is plain for all if you elect to bump and hit the head you will be suspended. Whether I agree with the length of the suspension or not, is irrelevant. He was always missing today minimum with that bump and he likely So we’ll agree to disagree cost us 4 points

I’ll counter that with our goals from forward pressure do not occur if Fritsch is there. GWS got a goal from rebound today when Fritsch is running at a lose ball, granted he is further away than his opponent but they get there the same time. Fritsch takes neither ball or body in the contest, which is a non negotiable. He put out a token arm but it’s not enough and it’s those small things that hurt

That was a good effort, disciplined the way we set up players in sync preventing there run for most of the day. Could have gone either way but plenty of positives other then 4 points lost taken from today. Some should look for positives because plenty of the usual suspects nothing but negativity on the game day thread FFS Oh Bowey only 2 tackles - he was very good all day Rooey running under the footy- Sam Taylor had zero impact and was unable to create rebound because of this. On to next week
