It was only a few years ago that he seemed lost under Bailey. Last year he was back to playing good footy and this year he has really taken it to another level. I've been really impressed with his kicking this year. I noticed he is really starting to perfect his low penetrating kicks which reminds me of Goddard and Hayes.

I will form my full opinion by mid next year. At the moment I think he has lost the players.

All we need is 1 player leading out of the goal square. We just need a target to kick too. North must be having a field day when we get forward of half way and then kick sideways.

The mids should just start going the torp into the forward line and hope it goes through for a goal. I could never understand why Bailey played this way and now Neeld has adopted it. If we have no one in the forward 50 we are not going to score goals. If we do not score goals we will continue to get smashed.

He showed a lot of promise back in 2010. He was looking to be the next big thing. We had no tall forwards and a lot of us wanted to make a play for him. We would be able to pick him up cheap now. But i don't want him now.

Those odds are rubbish, but I expect Richmond has enough money to make a play. When looking at players who would soak up salary cap space, after the top 5-6 they haven't got much depth. They might have to flip some half decent players off but they would manage. If we were in the same boat and had the choice of paying Bate and Dunn average salaries or blowing them off to secure salary cap space for Cloak I know which one I would rather choose.
