Exactly, it's easy for players like this to appear handy and of value when you've been part of a successful TEAM for a period of time. They're C graders and as the Swans have dropped off, they've been highlighted as the most affected.

I'm expecting a similar intensity to the Adelaide win and a second half dismantling. Minimum 10 goal victory.

My manager hasn't picked up on it yet that I've blown the Victorian QB date for many years now.

Pates, it was a wonderful thing for the club to do for Trengove. If he was delisted, that would've been curtains on his career because he had very little credits in bank to warrant any real interest from other clubs. At least now he's shown he's fit and can regularly dominate VFL games. He has a much greater chance of getting picked up someone else now and the club should be congratulated after the rough trot he's been through over the years.

I'm actually quite surprised you're asking the questions considering your posting frequency. GNF called the Roos appointment early on in the piece but then crashed and burned with Dangerfield to MFC - they're just a couple of examples. You asked the same about Pennant St Dee when he called the Hogan delay which was due to (but not disclosed by PSD) his cancer diagnosis. If you'd like to know posters form before judging the veracity of their claims, I'd suggest you start by taking more notice of what other people contribute so people don't have to waste their time with reminding you.

Trengove returned to the 22 this time last year against the Pies on QB. 12 months on, can he do it again?

The AfL site 'free agency' article has him most likely hanging up the boots at seasons end. I hope he sticks at it and pursues league games with another club if we let him go.

We were all saying this about Geelong before as well. But now they've put away the Dogs, Port and Crows on there home deck.

If we snagged Lever and Weids doesn't develop you would have to give it a crack you'd think.

Agree with everything you say but if he nominates Melbourne (or any other club for that matter) history suggests the trade will be done in the end regardless but possibly not independent of other trades. Ed: will the fact we were wanting to draft him with the Trengove to RFC pick hold any sentiment for him to choose us? Can only hope.

Time for "catastrophic change" now, Clarko??

Just entering my tips for this round and thought there's actually a few that could go either way (as per normal). Will the GCS bounce back and cause an upset against the Eagles? Can North beat Richmond or does anyone really GAF? Also think the Freo vs Pies game is a tough one to call but I've gone with the Dockers. My tips in bold: Thursday, June 1 Port Adelaide vs. Hawthorn (AO) (N) Friday, June 2 Geelong Cats vs. Adelaide Crows (SS) (N) Saturday, June 3 Gold Coast SUNS vs. West Coast Eagles (MS) GWS GIANTS vs. Essendon (SP) (T) North Melbourne vs. Richmond (ES) (N) Sunday, June 4 Fremantle vs. Collingwood (DS) (T) Regardless of any outcomes, we have a long weekend in WA and I'll be wetting a few lines with my young bloke and enjoying the time not spent thinking about the Demons. This bye round is therapeutic.

Poll is flawed in my opinion. Being 5/5 sort of lends itself to Q's 2 and 3 being a 50/50 outcome.
-
Misson has said that Spencer is tracking a week or two in front of Max so if that holds true, bring in Jake for QB and give Max an extra week or two to get cherry ripe.
-
This bye break is so crucial to our second half of the season. We've had a lot of passengers over the last few weeks and you can see that for many of them, it's been a physical struggle more than a mental one. Petracca is one, Watts another and no doubt the midfield brigade is ultra sore given how hard they attack the contested ball. With the players getting a rest and a chance to rejuvenate and the coaches getting an extra week to analyse our performances this far, I believe we're ready to approach the back half with vigour and confidence.
-
Was it us turning 'on' or GCS turning 'off?' I though they dropped right off in that second half.
-
Jeffy's booked himself a pocket in the TOOW.
-
You should know better mate.
-
Looking good so far.
-
Are you watching today's game? To be fair, this game is highlightjng how terrible we are all over the ground. I'm over the team and not in the mood to debate mate.
-
No, my child.
-
I've watched some [censored] football before but this first half has taken the cake.
-
No chance we win this.
