I think you're exaggerating. It's a forum, where people discuss the performances of players etc. Here, you're destined to get a few headcases and extremists but for the most part, the criticism is level and fair. Dawes has not been doing as much as he could be for the most part of the season, that's a fact. Edit: Do you think in his time at Melbourne, he has justified his contract (which is probably $500K plus)?

These guys may have not become best 22 players but for the most part, they were net gain in that they have strengthened the list and provided better depth for when needed. I think we need to at least trade one in, but also draft/rookie a late prospect for the future. Spencer is just not good enough and Jamar doesn't have a place anymore. If those two go it leaves us fairly exposed to injuries or poor form.
