Absolutely no point in bringing in players from other clubs if all they do is sit at Casey. If they are backup for senior guys they should be first picked at Casey and play super well. We have our own ordinary players. Do not need any other clubs below AFL standard players.

I am glad we have recruiting staff that do not post on land. Half the side would not play. but hard decisions are needed, cut deep and refresh with youth. some players give service and deserve to stay, cost us little and serviceable depth. others not quite right.
