I think you just did!! Rivers and McVee are potential future leaders. Chandler and Sparrow not really. Leaders need to be 'in the play' more, and they often aren't. Ideally JVR stays less in the ruck ... so he wouldn't be in the play too much. (Yeah, I know Neita was a forward, but he was the exception as a leader.)

Jack reminds me of my own son at the same age. Very sporty/well liked ... and a Demon. My son is now 31, and hopefully he will well and truly outlive me. I have had the pleasure (mostly) of watching him grow into a fine young man. Jack and his family deserved the same. I cannot begin to comprehend the pain that Jack's family must be feeling. I think everyone, not just the family and those who knew Jack, is heartbroken. I am. My thoughts are also with the other children who were injured.
