Richmond would have to trade to ensure he doesn't fall to another club (GWS particularly) in the draft - but what in the world would they offer us? The stuff i'd want is from their midfield or Jack Riewoldt, and they aren't going to be trading any of that.

Reckon Mohr is a fair chance to get picked up by someone next year? Tall defender, 195cm 98kg, only turns 23 in October. Someone like Richmond wouldn't be hurt by taking a punt on him. eels Seems to be mentioned in the bests a lot.

Anyone beginning to not give a stuff anymore? As far as i'm concerned, if he is still here next year it's just a huge bonus. My thoughts about next years team don't involve him. I haven't really 'fallen in love' with him as a player unlike others of similar age (Trengove!). We'll get good picks in exchange for him, and Viney too. Could potentially take another two top 10 picks in the '12 draft. It delays us a bit but it aint all doom and gloom if he goes.

3 mil over 4 years is A LOT for a kid who has only played a year and a half... with similars in trengove and even arguably mckenzie outperforming him. if the figure is close to that then I'm not sure how I feel about it. obviously I would hate to lose him, but I don't want us to consequently lose others because we're paying him too much. what if he stalls and doesnt become elite, whilst trenners wins a bluey?

More like 20+ months... until this time next year, plus a couple of months before the draft, then the whole post-draft preseason with us. Niiice.

He seemed to get dropped when we had a loss, yet i felt he was far from worst on the ground when we did have these losses. I do think he deserves another chance (4-5 games in a row) but im not sure who we would drop from the current forward line to fit him in? He has shown that he can run through the midfield so at least he has flexibility. If he becomes the annoying, harassing terrier type of forward and gets goals regularly then he'll keep his place. He does have a good kick on him (for goal).

Meh. Im not really fussed either way - if he lost, he'd only miss Port in Darwin. Could be good to give him a few weeks rest.

Doc Larkins said Jurrah has an achilles/ankle issue which has been causing his form/lack of run lately. Might need some time off. Thankfully we have the bye!

One thing about the Dogs also is that whilst they've been [censored] this year, they are still full of older physically developed players. Quite a few times tackles didn't stick tonight. The 3x 6 week breaks hurts also, DB mentioned it quite a few times - we're the only team in the comp that does it this year. No excuses though

Pretty sure its meant to be a shallow draft this year, and our first pick will be something in the mid to high teens... if not 20+. Dont see why you're so keen to trade for picks. We have the cattle, they just need to develop more.
