And also premiership players and duel premiership players to 1 also!

Just saw this, shows that he still has his skills. doubt he will slide too our pick 14 with some good results like that. we could get a real bargain. goal kicking was excellent but didnt feature in the top 10 in the field kicking, cant win them all i guess. This is why he was rated as a top 3 pick pre-injury

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - SHANNON BYRNES

Really well spoke interview seems like a very genuine bloke, nothing to hide, looking for a chance. Will play a role and it is his to lose. -
Yeah there was one, and i think you are right, it was too costly and exercise on its own. And you may get it with a membership to the site. not sure. Mine still works

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JACK VINEY
Jordie_tackles replied to einstein251's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think i would be more comfortable taking Viney over Whitfield, we know Viney alot more, and Inside players can generally stay in the game Whitfield can play inside also but not as well at this point in time. You cannot by Vineys, aggression and commitment to the contest and physicality. just ask Cale. -

I think that would signal the end for MFC imo, continuing to stuff it up when given golden opportunities. Pick 4 for those two players is so far overs, neither of them are A graders, and Dawes may even be a C grader as present, Wellingham mid B grader....... -

bahaha i would nearly die out of disgust if that happened -
i am looking for another pic atm, no promises though

Nope I like them, the Australian Cricket team uses them, so does the Australian Rugby team wears them. I think it is just people associate it with schools, scotch or what ever which they dont like? I see no issue with the blazers personally being worn a few times a year.

Alright after listening to it it is not as bad as the headline suggested, but still says, yeah we are intersted in Dawes, yeah we are interested in Wellingham ect But then we are intersted in them because we want a tall forward and midfielders and that is what they are. Was very open about our picks being one the table, and that CONTRACTED players had been offered for these picks? still suggested we intended to be active, but it is only free agency until monday, also we need to know what is happening with the Viney pick ect and its value. wait and see, i think it will be Byrnes then maybe see what happens with dawes and pederson who i would like to see one of at teh club to help out mitch and the other forwards.
-
Article on facebook saying that Time Harrington faced the media to explain " talk about the moves we'd like to make during Free Agency and why" Why keep it a secret until a deal is done guys? Unless it is a big smoke screen?
-
Petterd? i would say petterd and our pick 13 or 26 Petterd being of no value at all in this trade
-
I honestly think that getting those 2 would be a successful trade/free agency period for the Dees this year. Then go to the draft get Viney and 3 other top picks and see what a BIG pre season can do.

Similar to the Nathan Buckley we are not in for Lynch article this morning

All Richmond supporters love him and he is good but he has been injured both years since his draft. I would love to get him but i think Jack would need to put in a good sell even though he was a demon as a kid ect

I think the more important point is that everyone else on the radio suggested we would not pursue Viney as there are better players to pick. that points was very solid. -

Still interesting that so many neutral sources believe he is not top 3 and that we will pick best available. Knowing he is 99% likely to come home, for a pick combination better than 3 even if we mus trade for him.
