  1. You guys have obviously not watched enough episodes of South Park to come across some classic ones. Sometimes the humour is puerile, but other times it is inspired and fantastically funny. Both types are good on their day and depending on the mood of the viewer (or how many drinks they've had).
  2. You sure it's not one of our players from this year?
  3. Looks like she was missing an 'it' from the middle of her name. I'm surprised you didn't take the opportunity to tell her you'd found 'it' and were willing to give 'it' to her.
  4. I think Jazzas got the horn!
  5. Not hard really. One had flawed hands, the other had flawed feet. It's heads vs tails.
  6. The best thing about looking at the picture was getting distracted off into Pia Miller's Instagram page. Man that is one photogenic beauty.
  7. Love the Oooze's bio in the last matchup!
  8. Now THAT is genuine fast food!
  9. Well, still no recognition so I had to google them. Despite their impressive deeds I'm no wiser about their music but glad for their support. Welcome aboard the Dee train boys.
  10. ...and he will sew it on sideways so it's all mystical and whatever.
  11. Ooooohhh! Dallas Texas!
  12. Well there's a first for me - quoting myself. Must be a sign I'm starting to believe my own Jazz-sh1te. Clues on where to find extra D'Landers: Ronald Dale- includes avatars Devilish - lots with a link to that, including a certain very high rotation poster (- already named by the fl og: beelzebub) Jump - well I actually had a certain 'formerly known as' western amphibian in mind, along with JJClennet Iconic - a famous 'formerly known as' icon sage, now has a link to Devilish above Hero - plenty of those here behind the keyboard, but some actually use it in their name Irish meal - a common one is a stew - look for a homonyn and Australianise it Beef - well, just check the avatars Legumes - at least one on here calls himself (legume)-man Guinness, VB, Punch - liked all the frothy & bitter suggestions for this, and the fruity ones too, just missing the other interpretation of punch - we had a player once with a name like that. (- already named by the fl og: Biff)
  13. Well Fl og, that adds quite a few more, several lateral ones which I hadn't thought of but which fit the clues nevertheless. And there's also a few on your list that I have no idea how you arrived at. Still around 4 or 5 that I had in mind which haven't been spotted yet. Plenty of time for more guesses from others. Will aim to post some clues to my list later tonight.
  14. Prince Molly of Meldrum? But he's a Saints loyalist!
  15. Good start. You got a couple there that I didn't see myself! There's at least 15 in it.
  16. Ok. How many D'Landers (no matter how oblique) can be found in this sentence? "Under a waxing gibbous, the nutty Ronald Dale beat a bearded devilish Flash to jump the fence in iconic fashion, to be treated as a hero with an Irish beef meal, a side of legumes and a choice of Guinness, VB or fruit punch."
  17. I can get the score up to 2 if I increase the banana intake.
  18. Demonfrog - and he may even have a picture of that - a selfie?
  19. NFI. Work tomorrow. Generous clue or answer please?c
  20. 1 week 'Get out of jail free' card to R & B beard. Mods, please oblige!
  21. Ok. Cryptic crossword clue in today's H-S relates to one of our posters: "Climbing jumper made ferret go wild (4,4)"
  22. No, I think you still get the Sly Dog for turning a Trifecta into a good reason for a hozontal folk dance on the dining setting. On the other hand, BBO's story about Halloween could earn him the title Mangey Dog. But the name of such a wine is so off putting I doubt it would sell many dozen. And there's still the decision to be made about who on DL deserves the unawarded vintage: Rabid Dog. Reckon there's a few possibilities (can think of 5) in line for that one.
  23. Here's a link for ya Crint. Seems like this vigneron would be up your alley. www.winecompanion.com.au/wines/diggers-bluff-sly-dog-barossa-valley- cabernet-sauvignon-2009 The same vinyard has Lap Dog, Stray Dog and Watch Dog, but I reckon Sly Dog is the best fit.
  24. It's quite simple Bernie. Keep it verbal and among friends with a similar mindset. Don't tweet it to the world where lots of people have not been on the same binge or are not on the same wavelength as you.
