  1. I can see a victory here for Casey, Coburg are an ordinary unit. In any event, all eyes on Jesse.
  2. No you didn't miss it, the analysis did not make an appearance.
  3. Surprising record by the Dogs who have been in the competition since 1925.
  4. The Saints lead the list by a huge margin having managed to win the spoon 26 times. If however we finish last this season we would join the Kangaroos in equal second place with 13, an achievement I would not be happy with. Saints 26 Kangas 13 Dees 12 Hawks 11 Swans 11 Lions 10 Tigers 7 Cats 5 Dogs 4 Bombers 4 Blues 3 Pies 2 Giants 2 Suns 1 Dockers 1 Eagles 1
  5. Hasn't worked for me for 12 months unless I access via Firefox. Pain in the butt.
  6. The boys are off to Zimbabwe today and begin a hectic schedule of cricket in all forms which will last 12 months. Series against India, South Africa, Pakistan and the West Indies will be followed by the all important Ashes series in England from July 2015.
  7. The club has to be seen to be maximising any opportunity to improve our ailing list, it's not as if we are breaking any rules.
  8. A close friend of mine died of Motor Neuron Disease not so long ago, he went from an active man to being wheel chair bound in the space of 2 years after diagnosis and died not long after. Watching his body deteriorate was unpleasant and frustrating as there is little you can do other than support. I feel for the Neale and his family. At present I would kill for the success we enjoyed during his time at Melbourne.
  9. Riley's effort was not only a dumb option but a poorly executed pass - schoolboy stuff.
  10. Thanks for the updates KC, many reading and on twitter keen to know about Jesse.
  11. Nice to see Salem back and hope he doesn't win the vest, also would like to see Toumpas perform well enough at Casey to earn a recall. Youngsters like these are our future.
  12. Just your usual run of the mill Essendon arrogance methinks Jack.
  13. Good news 3183 Dee, we need youngsters like Claude for they are our future and I hope he enjoys Demon success as he grows. I've been a passionate supporter for 60 years and have no intention of jumping ship. On topic, in Pedersen, Grimes, Salem - out Bail, Barry, Jones.
  14. G'day Bushie, the Swans had a purple patch in 3 consecutive SCG games from round 16 -18. They amassed 30.21 v Eagles 36.20 v Essendon and 31.12 v Tigers followed by 3 losses to Blues, Hawks and Cats. On the strength of their 6 goal win against us earlier in the season I guess they were entitled to be confident going in to the final. Suck eggs Gerard.
  15. Something else apart from Big Max's form to get a little excited about.
  16. Something else apart from Big Max's form to get a little excited about.
  17. Sensational game and memorable for more than one reason, not only was a win of that magnitude a complete shock but I felt great joy in seeing Greg shove it up Gerard, figuratively speaking.
  18. Thanks for your efforts for the MFC Beamer but you were not the greatest role model.
  19. Correct old dee. Must say the MFC could not have done more to assist Liam during his troubled time. What might have been.
  20. The demon grog got the better of LJ unfortunately for us. A major talent gone to waste.
  21. So nice to start the weekend with an Essendon loss.
  22. Pom seamers skittling the Indians in the 3rd test, 4/8 at one stage, 5/63 at lunch. Good to see, rock their confidence prior to visiting Oz.
  23. Wonderful viewing throughout the games from my perspective, the Aussie team did very well with the disappointment being the gymnasts. Plenty of young talent coming through particularly in the athletics and the experience gained immeasurable.
  24. A travesty or in simple terms complete bullsh*t.
