There is an argument to say that what you produce out of your arse Tim is more newsworthy and relevant than many of the offerings I read on these boards.

I saw a great deal of RF during the eighties and I guess I took it all for granted, he was so good. You expected the same quality week in week out and he delivered.

Pick 3 for a bloke who played poorly all season bar the Essendon game is a good result it seems to me.

Plenty of atmosphere at the game and an emotional win to Souths after 43 years in the wilderness.

Anyone interested in the game ? Having resided in Qld for 28 years I have no option as League dominates the sporting landscape. I don't follow any particular team but I'm enthusiastic about a South Sydney victory given what the club has been through and the forty odd years since they've greeted the judge. On the other hand Canterbury don't impress one little bit.

Matters little what standard the comp is, you have to beat Essendon however. Go Dees.

Absolutely, Robbie is the major reason my 3 boys elected to stick with the Demons. All born early seventies and experienced little joy during the ensuing lean time for the club apart from #2 who was a beacon.

Only the players would know. Can't blame supporters however for feeling betrayed by the disingenuous drivel he frequently posted on twitter like 'can't wait to get out there again with the boys'. WAP Mitch, hope you have about as much success with the Cats as McIntosh.

As is often the case PF weekend produced the best footy. The GF was a real let down. Congrats to Hawthorn who have been a great club over the past 4 decades. Premiers again however in reality very lucky to overcome Port, a side that we ran close on both occasions this year.

Frawley's form this year has been terrible as has been his attitude. Pick 3 sounds good to me.

Good to see a clean cut humble young bloke take out the Charlie.
