    It certainly was beautiful, we Demons were accused of jumping on the bandwagon, untrue in my case as our family were tied to the club from around the time of WWI.

    Rotten place to play footy or cricket for that matter because of strong gusty winds. I played cricket at the western oval when the umps didn't contemplate using bails and wearing a hat was a waste of time.

    Agree, common sense prevails after all what is to be gained from a fixture between 2 bottom VFL units.

    Blues have gone from chocolates to boiled lollies in the space of a week. They were stiff not to beat one of the flag favs last week, now flogged by a side that struggled on both occasions in 2014 to beat the lowly Dees. Funny game.

    Maybe it's a fitness issue fence, big ground over there and perhaps that's what saved Matt Jones who was awful last week.

    I know a couple who are attending and I just hope the boys can put up a fight, big effort to travel that far to sit amongst a feral mob of Eagle supporters.
